Extremely worse customer service. Front desk is soo rude that they don't bother if you are standing in front of them. They keep taking either in phone or with themselves. Nobody pics the call even if you try early in morning. My doctor is Dr Tanya Sehgal. It is been a week that I am trying to get an appointment. This was my last try to get an appointment My son had an allergic reaction but his doctor is not available to see him as usual. They tell not to go the walk in. No walk in, no family doctor. Go to the emergency department wait there for 8 hours to see a doctor. May God bless us . My advice please don't waste your time here as they really don't care about anything. Try to look for some other place which consider it important to see patients.

While my doctor is very polite. It has been very unappreciated their service hours. I found there night walk-in’s horrendous and impossible to get. I’ll tell you right now that Calling them won’t work. Just to let you know on all occasions I had to book off work just to be seen by my doctor. The most recent of which had been canceled two days before. Would not recommend if you work a 9-5 job.

If I could negative star I would. My doctor is amazing but there is never any availability. Your looking at 1 to 3 months to get an appointment. The office it’s self is very difficult to get into for moms because there is no accessibility button for the doors. All of that doesn’t compare to how rude the receptionist are! I don’t know why these individuals hate their job but please don’t take it out on patients. It’s to the point that I’m looking for another doctor. They also cannot seem to even book appointments right which is frustrating. All in all good doctors very POOR clinic. If you can avoid going here. I would.

Two visits with a new doctor and total wait time exceeded 3 hours. Today, our second appointment, waited over 40 minutes before asking how much longer.Told 5 minutes.15 minutes later we were still sitting in the waiting area. We left.An abysmal decline with this team since the retirement of our long time doctor at this location.

I hope your not looking for good Healthcare. Expectally from the CEO of William Oslar Dr.Martino. He doesn't listen to you at all. Appointments are 2 mins long so you better learn how to talk fast and get your point across before he leaves the room without you finishing your sentence. Oh and he won't even provide you with the healthcare your looking for cause he doesn't have the time so he'll just refer you to someone else in hopes they call you back within the same year

When I first came here I was told by my doctor that they prefer you to see one of their other doctors, if your doctor wasn't available, rather than you go to a random walk-in. If you do go to a different walk-in 3 times then they will no longer take you as a patient.That being said, my doctor is amazing however this is now the 2nd time I have not been able to see the on call doctor as I know my doctor can not take walk ins.I called at 10am to see if that on call doctor take me, which the receptionist rudely said you have to call early to see the on call doctor. That doesn't answer the question so I asked again if any other doctor as I'm a patient there could see me and she said to call at 8am tomorrow to see the on call doctor. I'm now sitting at home in some discomfort waiting to call tomorrow. I don't know how this place expects you to only see them when they can't accommodate.

My doctor is great he always accommodated me as I live an hour away and very hard to get a new family doctor where I live. The receptionist is very rude and speaks to people as if they don’t understand I’ve had to hand up.the way they handle people when they call in as if she's mad she has to work choose another job don’t work at a doctor's office if you have no manners or respect for others simple. they keep hiring anyone to work and this reflects on poorly on the office. This is where people call in during either good or bad times, illness new mom's make it easy to speak to the people they need to don't make it hard an every review so far has been about the poor reception skills. Doctor's office should be more aware of who to hire its important

My doctor is excellent but the wait times for booked appointments are horrendous. The timeslots for appointments are only 10 minutes and naturally every appointment goes over, causing everything to be delayed. Despite booking 1-2 weeks ahead, I am always waiting 30-40 minutes before actually being seen. This is frustrating as I often come before work and have been late to work multiple times now. They need to expand appointment time slots to at least 20 minutes to avoid this.

If I could rate this office less than a 1 star, I would. I’ve been going to this doctors office for years and the low reviews unfortunately do not surprise me. I have an amazing family physician here however getting an actual appointment is nearly impossible. It’s mid-June and no available appointments until mid/end AUGUST! I have been to walk-in clinics because of limited availability with my doctor in the past and have received notice that I will no longer be a patient at QSD if I do not utilize their services.More often than not, the receptionists are incredibly rude and they have also mixed up patient files more than once; my dad & late grandfather whom both have the same first/last name but VASTLY different birth years have been mixed up, and most recently I have had my file mixed up with a completely different patients file; the doctor was referencing HER file throughout my whole appointment and it wasn’t until I read the incorrect name on my prescription that I realized the patient info is incorrect. The doctor explained that I needed to book an appointment for a completely unrelated matter and at first I was confused but now i understand - he was referring to the other patient’s file.All in all, I urge you to be cognizant when using this doctors office and if you have the option to go elsewhere, do it.

What’s the point of picking a time slot if my family doc won’t call me at that time? Called the front desk, and they said I should receive a call within 24 hours. I made this appointment 2 days ago through the healthcare app, and no where did it mention the 24 hour wait time.
