TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Always short in teller anytime any day you go to this location there is 10 people in front of you, only few teller are working !!!

I came in as a walk-in to understand my options as a TD customer & was greeted by Humzah! He was wonderful from start to finish. He explained my options regarding credit lines, credit cards, loans, etc. He explained all of them thoroughly and was patient with my many questions! He took the time needed for me to feel comfortable about my decisions. Moreover, I want to also note that the rest of the staff was lovely. My overall experience at this TD branch was great and I highly recommend coming here. I also recommend coming to see Humzah for all of your financial needs!

One of the worst customer service that I've ever seen. All the employees are just talking to each other rather than helping the long queue. On the top of that THEY're RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL .. This branch doesn't suit TD Bank's image at all. Never go to this bank

Mandeep helped me and my partner set up our GIC at an amazing rate. She went above and beyond with setting appointments for us , explaining everything and even pushing for a better rate for us. Just another reason why TD is my favourite bank.

Absolutely disrespectful to people and businesses.I was given 2 appointments, and on both appointments times,the business advisor Dominic Racco had ignored the appointments with the most unprofessional way.Not sure what it was but I felt that I was treated like a nobody and that me and my business were not important to this bank and it’s business experts .Discrimination at its best .I guess they profile you before keeping up an appointment.Thanks for nothing.

Experienced some hardship financially these past few years and was thinking of selling my home .One day I just went into this bank branch and asked to speak to any advisor . I was very lucky when I was directed to Mandeep Sidhu. She offered me possible options .Initially the first option did not go through but Mandeep was diligent in helping try the other option. It was not an entirely smooth process and there were challenges for me to fulfill certain criteria but in the end my goal was achieved . The bank Manager Anna Drosinis provided direction and I felt she was receptive to my queries and concerns during the process . I really appreciate Mandeep's and Ms. Drosinis time and effort in my case . Truthfully, at times I was very frustrated but I really felt I was being heard. Not every goal can be achieved on our own in life but sometimes with people like Anna and Mandeep helping , things are a little easier . Thankyou Anna and Mandeep !

The worst customer service experience. The manager Linda is rude and arrogant, she has no customer service skill whatsoever, and she is the Manager of Customer Experience.This is not the first time that she doesn’t accept my cheques, every time we like to make a deposit she always has a problem and want to put a 5 day hold, I have 2 business accounts with TD for more than 14 years, every week we deposit our company cheque, form the same client and every month we deposit our rental payments cheques, 14 years every month, never on hold, never a problem in the other location, Weston and Rutherford, Vaughan Mills, even Square One and New Market, but not here. I use different branched due to the nature of my work, I’m always on the road, but I deal mostly with Vaughan Mills and Weston and Rutherford; Linda say that I should go to Vaughan Mill since I always deal with them, it was 4:15 PM and traffic was bad, but she made me drive to Vaughan Mills and deposit the cheque there, and obviously there the customer service is impeccable. Linda didn't care about my time on the road going back and forth.I don’t blame the teller, she was under Linda’s orders, just to say that the manager did refuse to deposit my money because I usually do it in a different branch. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Newer go back to this branch and probably will switch to a different Bank, or perhaps moving Linda to a different branch.

This is not a bad branch. It seemed a bit on the smaller side and there were not a lot of tellers but I didn't have to wait very long in line. The teller was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my business done fairly quickly with no hassles.

Went to this branch since it is relatively high in review (3.3), but it was the worst experience at TD that I ever had. The lady at the counter asked for 2nd ID for simple services and let me go green machine outside. Went to the 1370 Major MacKenzie Dr. branch, and got everything done in 10 minutes without any issue. Not recommend this branch.

Anna Drosinis will destroy credibility if you are doing a big volume of business, so change your home branch or even Bank
