Horrible place! Dirty building and dirty looking rooms. When I went in for my appointment, the receptionist girls don’t even greet you and are snotty. like girl, you are a receptionist! The girl who did my nails talked constantly telling me about all of her previous clients. Her constant chatter became draining. Set of nails done were horrible and broke within a week. Apparently, it’s my fault that my nails broke. I have been getting nails for over 30 years add these were just poorly done, and the owner is too cheap to reimburse me. Owner is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I cannot believe she’s in business. You won’t be getting your money back! I’m surprised they’re in business. They must be a money laundering because there’s no way they’re still in business this long doing services like that.

Absolutely love it here! I’ve now booked my daughter because I love the clean products that they use. Garnet is an absolute dream. I haven’t had this great of a cut in years and though I’m trying to grow it out, I’m counting down to my next visit with her! I have long, slightly wavy (some curly and some straight pieces) hair and she was amazing with it.

Garnette is amazing! I have VERY curly hair that was need of a rescue mission and she was a life saver. Not only did she take time for a consultation before hand she did a great job at cutting and styling what worked for me and my routine. The best was her friendly and professional personality as she explained what to do and any products she recommends without seeming ‘pushy’ I would %100 return and recommend her. I felt really comfortable. Another plus is that the price was really reasonable, good hair salons in Kelowna can start curly cuts at $130 (which I can’t even dream of affording and often they’re not as skilled as you think) but this price range was perfect, and you get amazing value. The salon was also clean, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which I know is hard to do in these times, but it makes such a difference when someone is courteous. Overall, 5/5!

Book here. You won't regret it. Coni is truly one of the kindest and most amazing women in Kelowna. I've loved every cut and style she has given me, and I have thick, curly, challenging hair! You'll enter feeling welcomed in her posh business and leave feeling like you're part of her family. I've never been one to stick to one hair stylist before Coni, but she changed that. Also, Kirstin, the receptionist is incredibly nice and so professional and helpful. Thank you!

I have been going to see Coni at Amici's for several years and she never disappoints - I always leave feeling brand new and with an extra spring in my step! The salon is very bright and welcoming and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! The upstairs spa is fantastic as well - VERY clean nail room - Anita does a lovely job! Before Amici's I had gone from one stylist/salon to the next trying to find a good fit and often left feeling disappointed. So glad I tried Amici's and found Coni and her crew!!

Loved my experience at Amici's! I was looking for a non-toxic hair salon in Kelowna where I could try a new hair color. Amici's exceeded my expectations, Chayla helped me decide on the best option for me and made me feel so welcome and well cared for. I had an amazing experience and I am in love with my hair for the first time in years! Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for my nails for a few years now. Not sure why I have never reviewed this little gem of a place!? Cathy is a nail artist and I am always pleased (and proud) of how my nails look when I leave. For a person who NEVER had nails to speak of Amici’s has helped me come a very long way! Reasonable price and friendly professional staff. Love coming here!

I'm from india and was super skeptical about getting my thick, frizzy hair cut in Kelowna. Amici was recommended by a friend and I decided to take a chance. I got an appointment for the same day with Rochelle. She understood my hair type and what type of cut I was looking for right away. She explained each and every step and also gave some great tips to maintain healthy hair. Did I mention the hair wash and massage at the beginning? Oh it felt heavenly! I am extremely happy with the haircut and the pricing. The service is totally worth it! I can't wait for my next hair appointment at Amici.

Jocelyn is the best! She is friendly and excellent at what she does. I always look forward to my next visit.I have fine, curly hair that I keep short. It looks great every time she cuts it and she understands the grow out too, so even between cuts I look my best. Definitely, not always the case with short hair!Everyone I've encountered at Amici's is lovely and it's a testament to their professionalism that (even amidst a pandemic) it's a relaxing place to be.

I recently moved here from Montreal, and was very hesitant to trust my curly, difficult hair to a stylist I didn’t know. But after taking cuticle scissors to my hair during lockdown, I didn’t have much choice! Amici’s was the first place I called as it was close to home and highly rated. I got an appointment right away and the girl on the phone was very helpful and lovely. She booked me with Garnet who she said was a curly hair master specialist. She was NOT lying!!! Garnet was kind, easy to talk to, polite & SOOOOO good at her job! She gave me one of the best short haircuts I’ve ever had (and I’ve seen some of the best stylist back in Mtl). My curls have never looked better and I’m feeling cute, polished and super happy with my look. Although a little pricey, the service and quality are 100% worth it! If you have curly hair, do yourself a favour and go see Garnet!
