Jaguar Land Rover Richmond showed my family and myself so much love and was very knowledgeable about options on cars when providing options. Showed me options on accessories and more. I feel really good about my decision to purchase a new family vehicle in the new Defender 130. Tyler and Lovish handled us with care and ultimate respect. I would definitely buy again and recommend them to my closest friends.

Amazing when they know you'll spend money. Bought a car last week and spent 700 on windshield protection film which I was told was a sheet but turns out its just a coating. They said it makes it so rocks do not break the glass which a sheet of film would do but not a coating of ceramic. Well 8 days in 1 rock and the windshield is destroyed and 6 calls and multiple texts and all they do is hang up and ignore messages. Actually extremely disappointed with CJ and the sales manager who do not care for someone who has spent 80,000+ less than 2 weeks ago to even return calls. If you need dealer support please go to another dealer. They only care if you're giving them sales and more money not in helping you. They were so kind until I needed help. Would not even help finding information about the car just ignored all messages and hung up on calls once they knew it was me. 700$ and deductible down the drain due to careless customer service

We just purchased our first Land Rover (Defender) and couldn’t be happier! The service at LRR is top notch. Lisa Galbraith was our sales rep and so helpful throughout the whole process. As was Tyler the sales manager. Highly recommend them!

We always bring our car for service at Land Rover Richmond and go home satisfied every time. We dealt with a couple of Service advisors over a period of 2 years. No complaints so far. Last week though, we experienced top notch assistance from Sean Park. No need to elaborate but we are happy customers. Thank you, Sean!

We bought our first Land Rover (defender) at JLRR. The service was great there and highly recommended!! The salesman, manager, ICBC broker, and financial manager are all super friendly and knowledgeable!

I must say, I have mixed feelings about my experience at this Jaguar Land Rover dealership . I have nothing but praise for the car itself and for the majority of the staff that worked with me during my purchase.The vehicle I bought was exactly as described, with a meticulous and accurate history, and any repair orders that had been executed. The salesperson was fantastic, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. The finance manager was also commendable in their approach, not being pushy and ensuring I had all the information I needed to make my decision. The dealership was neat, organized, and clearly well-maintained, which was a plus.However, what prevents me from giving a higher rating is the experience I had with the in-house insurance agent. Unfortunately, she steered me towards purchasing a third-party replacement insurance that she greatly misinformed me about. Because of the misinformation I came to learn about, I ultimately decided to cancel the replacement insurance. However, I was not aware that my deductible was raised to $500.00, when my insurance papers clearly stated $300.00. This came to light when the rear window of my vehicle shattered unexpectedly due to a defect. After bringing my car in for repair, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay a $500.00 deductible instead of the $200.00 I was expecting. Even after speaking with an ICBC representative, they were surprised to find out that my papers stated a different deductible then what is entered in their system.This ordeal left me feeling deceived and out of pocket. It was an unnecessary and unfortunate situation that could have been easily avoided with a more transparent approach.I recommend this dealership for its vehicle selection and most of its staff, but I am extremely disappointed with their choice of in-house insurance brokers. This experience put a considerable dampener on what was otherwise a great car buying journey.

I came over from Victoria where I was not treated in a professional manner. I walked into dealership in Richmond as I was in area. I was treated in a 1st class manner and got the ride I wanted that day. I got fair trade in on my G63. JLR Richmond got me sorted fast and great deal on accessories. Took car of some extras for me. All levels of management were great. Definitely will be doing business again and worth the trip overseas lol

Great experience overall. Beautifully, sleek, modern dealership with plenty of nice cars to look at. Sales staff is knowledgeable and especially our sales consultant Brooke Koldniski did a tremendous job walking us through the process of purchase. Recently got my 2019 Land Rover Discovery SE from Brooke and her manager Tyler. Brooke is one of the friendliest and most laid back salesperson I’ve ever dealt with!! Did not feel any pressure and she took care of all my nit picking. Highly recommend!
