Our company gets our coffee and supplies from Quality. We are very pleased with their service. Orders always arrive on time and complete. They are very accommodating, when I miss placing an order. I can call the day before delivery and they will still provide my order. The driver who delivers is very friendly, and always has a smile. They always ensure that our supplies are topped up: ie: coffee filters. All in all, the employees at Quality are very friendly. I have not had any complaints about this company from my peers!!

Their machines will still serve even if it is out of cups or coffee and keep your money

Lost $10 to one of the vending machines at the local Health centre.Machine jammed no product received.Called Quality the next day, was asked a few questions and promptly received my refund.The woman that I spoke with was professional,personable and efficient. We recently switched coffee providers at my workplace. Quality vending and their representative; David, brewed up several types of coffee to sample. During the sampling I asked David for a particular product and David set me up with my item, no questions asked! Very professional, friendly and I greatly appreciate the effort he took to help me out. Going forward, I will purchase my tea direct from the company!

Recently at work our vending machines where taken over by Quality. First thing they did was replace all the machines with new ones and then raise the prices on everything. I understand this, as the last company that owned the machines was small and only had two employees (both where the owners for 20 years +) and the machines themselves where very dated but worked perfectly fine.However what I did not expect was the lack of quality. Recently I purchased a milk from thier machine at my work on August 28th. The expire date on the milk read August 3rd.... hmmm. I called thier office to let them know about my expired purchase. I was told someone would leave my refund at the front desk of my work, and someone did. I thought the employee would have went and checked the machine for other expired products, but he did not. I called back and said that thier was more expired milk and sandwiches in the machine, and that the employee didn't check the machines. Thier response was that he was only thier to give my refund and that the machines would be checked later... and that I SHOULD MAKE A NOTE

I have always placed our order for coffee and other kitchen supplies with Quality Vending and my experience has always been great! The person who gets my order is very accommodating and the delivery guy is really courteous. I would gladly recommend Quality Vending to other companies in a heart beat!

I specifically loved the customer service of the company. I order tea and coffee for my office from Quality Vending. The people are so nice and friendly and have knowledge of the products they are selling. Also I wanted to mention about a rep who i speak mostly every time I call, her name is Mallory, she is very sweet and polite. She gives detailed information about the products and services provided. Love the tea and coffee. Keep it up!
