Had nothing but great experiences with Koodo for 7+ years. Now it seems this past year my data is constantly running out (12gb) plus I have home internet.Also, there is a new guy working behind the counter in the Corner Brook stand who carry’s a chip on his shoulder as myself and a friend on a separate occasion has been spoken to with disrespect. He even stated there were other carriers around & options if I wanted better customer service when I stated how rude and unmannerly he was.My friend also had issues with this person a few days ago. His name starting with a N! He clearly does not care of Koodo customers or his position as he seems to carry some grand entitlement.Should note I’ve never had an issue with any other person here before now!
