Dealt with the parts dept. they are super knowledgeable and some have been doing this for years! Great people to ask advice.Haven’t bought an atv/motorcycle from here but based on the service I got so far I would be getting my next toy from here for sure!

These guys are clueless about their own inventory. I called on spoke with mike on the phone asking if they have a Kawasaki ninja 1000 to which he assured me they have several so I make the drive from Niagara to find out that he doesent know the difference between a zx10r and a ninja 1000. After clarifying the difference between the two for him he apologizes and tells me he has to go because he’s got other people who have been waiting for OVER AN HOUR to talk to him. So basically if you want to waste a whole day waiting for hours to talk to someone and then them not have the bike you’re looking for than this is the place for you. If you feel like your times worth more than that, I highly suggest any other dealership.

Serviced my bike here. They don't take tire orders over the phone -- you have to physically come in to place an order and then come in AGAIN to get the tires put on. The staff is a mixed bag -- some were super friendly and some seemed to resent the fact I was there (come on, dudes! I want to give you money!). For better or worse, though, this is one of the only real motorcycle dealer options in the GTA.

Went in to finance a z125 Kawasaki. Waited around the bike for someone to talk to me as the sales representative should be approaching the client not vice versa. The gentleman finally came by and gave me the numbers. But as he spoke to me and sold me the bike his energy and attitude were not the best. Very nonchalant attitude. No form of excitement or care as he was dealing with me. I got the impression he thought I couldn’t afford it. You should never assume your customers eligibility and try regardless to sell them. His attitude was not as professional as it should be. I come from a 5 years sales background just in case anyone thinks I’m talking without experience. I understand that maybe the commission was not what he was shooting for but that justify the careless attitude. I am a client at the end of the day and should be treated equally as all others. Please be weary of this gentlemen he’s a younger fellow I won’t be disclosing his name but he does not know how to keep his client engaged and give them a good impression.

I have no experience with parts or service department, so this review is based on my experience with sales.They can get super busy so getting hold of sales guy is sometimes challenging but once you do they are polite and knowledgeable. They carry tons of brands so you get to see all different bikes under one roof (I was only interested in Kawasaki) but I won't recommend purchasing from them. There quote on ~$10k bike was almost $2k higher than one I got in Brantford.The 20% markups is basically due to prime location as they are very conveniently located for GTA customers and gets lot of traffic but I wouldn't mind 100km drive to save $2k and I did saved that much and more. The other dealership gave me freebies and discount on accessories with free installation, this location wanted $200 for passenger seat installation alone.

My son bought his Yamaha here. Salesman Brent was great. Great service
