My mom, grandma and I travelled with six day tour from Toronto to the Maritime Provinces. Our guide is Monica Lee. She took care of everyone and she was very patient and caring to me. I had a mosquito bite on my eye and she bought after bite medicine for me. Me and my family had a fantastic experience during this tour. The places of interests were amazing and the trip route was well organized. Food was good. Hotels were higher than our expectations too. Highly recommended and will continue to choose Tian Bao for my next hour group travel.

Prices are good, but their visa service is horrible. We booked a tour and airfare here and they didn't give us any of the details for us to fill in the Chinese visa. Wasted a trip to their office.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Our Beijing tour guide, Lisa trapped everyone in a room for 3 hrs and wouldn't let anyone leave. Even though some people had purchased silk items, she still wouldn't let anyone leave. Same thing happened again with the tea room. The tour group was divided into 4 rooms, everyone had purchased tea yet she refused to let us leave. Yes, it is a timeshare tour group, except you can't confine people against their will.... Extremely manipulative as she used personal stories to help further her commission and almost left some people stranded in China because someone was 1 min late. We called Tian Bao Travel to express how unsatisfied our family was with this tour, but all the agents did was laugh on the phone. The tour agent Kenny He and his colleague Arie were extremely unprofessional. Don't purchase a tour, Visa or plane tickets from them. Save yourself the headache and the vacation days you saved for another tour operator who understands customer service.

The customer service is so disrespectful. A female customer representative with a strong Cantonese accent hung up my phone for no reason while I was still talking. It was a short conversation within 1 min. Very impatient ,rude and disrespectful.

Extremely good experience the tour guide Monica is very knowledgeable and care. It is a very good trip go with her.

Went to China with them, everything was great and all taken care of well. Great job Tian Bao!

I was satisfy for this trip. There are lots of fun activities and beautiful views of east coast of Canada. I was enjoying it at all except for long distance bus ride. We like the service of our tour guide Ben and Bus driver Scott.

I'm so sad with this agency. I booked a flight from Toronto to Vancouver in May in January. During COVID-19, they sent me an email saying that they changed the flight schedule, but the flight time was not suitable for me. I tried calling them multiple times at different times and days, but no one answered the phone. Then, I sent an email asking them to call me back to discuss the flight time, but still no one called me back. Until now, the flight has expired and no one has called me or even returned a letter.

This review is for plane tickets only.A tianbao agent helped my group of 5 book airplane tickets to Toronto to Japan. Our flights were cancelled by Air Canada due to COVID19. Although these are clearly extenuating circumstances and the airline will be providing a full refund, Tianbao charged us EACH $50 as a service fee". Why is this necessary? No airline/ online booking website like Expedia charges any fees if the airline initiates the flight cancellation...When it came to actually getting our refund back into our bank account
