So small, limited selection, pricy...at least clerk was helpful. Just not the swimmers mecca I expected and parking is a pain too.

Excellent customer service. The Toronto store has phone issue and can only reached out to head office in BC, the national sales manager immediately assisted me to connect Toronto store by email to check the item I am looking for. The Toronto store promptly contacted me by email for my inquiries. I went to store picked up my reserved item next day during store hour. Everything went well and smooth.Although the location is bit far however try go to store during off peak hour to avoid traffic. Will revisit again for sure.

With 3 competitive swimmers and a master swimmer in the family we have been able to rely on TAS for all our needs. The store staff is amazingly helpful and not intimidating at all. They are friendly and kind to our growing girls. Great place for new swim parents and experienced ones.

Brandy G. at Team Aquatics Supplies provided me with amazing customer service during an insanely busy time at their store. I happened to visit the store the day the Secondary Schools were holding their swimming meets at the Pan Am Centre, needless to say the store was packed. Brandy and the other people working at the store were able to make sure everyone walked away with not only the swimsuit of their dreams but also an incredible shopping experience. Thank you, I love my swimsuit and appreciate all you did to make buying a swimsuit for an older woman (ugh) a great experience.

Team Aquatic supplies cancelled my order. I was using a $ 50 gift card. Later when I tried to re-order found out that while they reimbursed the $ paid by credit card, my gift card had no more funds on it.

Decent selection of premium swimwear. I prefer tight fitting bathing suits after living in Europe for a few years and Team Aquatic is my go-to for Arena bathing suits.

Great quality stuff. Customer service is excellent . Visiting the center and the shop for more than 6 years and this is the ho to place to buy kids swimming gears.Prices are not cheap but in would say those are reasonably priced.
