Added second officer to our business account during an appointment at your branch, however it was not done right and the second officer's profile is not linked to our account, emailed and called the person (MA) setup account for us many times, no response, we are calling the TD head office to try to get the matter resolved but very poor experience at this branch, not recommended

Unfortunately my recent in-person visit to this branch was not successful and financial advisor didn't help me at all.I hope the manager of this branch try to rectify the unresponsive behavior of the employees.

I've experienced any different TD branches (wife is staff) and by far this branch has the best customer service. Shout out to JP, CSR Manager. I meet him when he started and he's grown well into his roll and deservedly holds the manager position. I feel the culture at this branch is one of solutions and they try to make things happen. Although they are out of my way, I try to use them as much as I could.

I have banked at this branch for almost 25 years and have had nothing but great service. However, I have one complaint which I have made the staff aware of in the past. This branch claims that it is wheelchair accessible. It probably would be if the mechanisms on the outside and inside of the entrance doors worked. As a handicapped person, opening the extremely heavy door is very difficult. Please, it would be appreciated if you could get them fixed. Thank you.

I was amazed with the excellent service rendered by customer service call centre agent Apoorva. She was very polite and very knowledgable. I had called to correct my email address and Thanks to Apoorva she also helped me setup voice prompt and my phone code. In short she went above and beyond, unlike the agent I spoke a few minutes before.I myself was a retail Store Manager before and know the importance of customer service for any business. We always find time to make a complaint, but seldom take time to say thank you to the person who rendered excellent service.Well done Apoorva! Hifi to you!
