I get this place is busy cause its cheaper'. But took more than a week to call me back. Then there were saying the same prices as private therapists would take. This is supposed to be cheaper and go alone with your income. Plus they only see you few times."

As a new employee I want to say the people who work here and the organization are amazing. They do their very best to schedule appointments / get people the help they need, provide various counselling sessions etc as quickly as possible. I noticed the previous reviews are 3 years old and from what I have learned many improvements have been made and continue to be made. The team is so dedicated I have added this organization to my charitable donations list. Well done Resolve.

I would not come here for counseling at all. The receptionist is nice and all but there are some counselors who are just plain rude. I'm gonna go to a different counseling place. I was not treated with respect here by the counselor who I was seeing.

Wonderful place, just needs to be three times as big. You can wait many months on the wait list, have a few months of counselling, and then have to go back on another wait list to get back in, which can be depressing.

l have tried three times over the last five months to get someone to call me back to tell me anything. l left a message and talked to two different people. l was crying all three times because l am in great psychological need and NO ONE got back to me at all.Your name was given to me on very high recommendation by two separate health practitioners whom l asked help from. l am really upset and disappointed with the complete lack of service l have received.Thank you very much for nothing at all.
