Dentistry @ No 3

I have come to the end of my smile journey with Ali. I arrived as a nervous patient who had lived for years with low self esteem as a result of my teeth. I can honestly say that Ali has changed all of this for me, I love my new teeth/smile I no longer fear the dentist and I have found my confidence again, I no longer try to cover my mouth when I talk. I shared with Ali that in my original wedding pictures I was embarrassed to smile, I am returning to my wedding venue this year in Florida to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary and I now plan to recreate some of our pictures as I can now smile at my husband with out embarrassment. I can’t thank Ali and the team enough for giving me back my smile and confidence, and I no longer fear the dentist, I would recommend dentistry No 3

Incredible! I cannot thank Rebecca and the team at Dentistry @ no3 enough! I’ve just completed my Invisalign with whitening and composite bonding and the results are better than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend if you are thinking of getting dental treatment. They could not do enough to make the process as easy as possible and made sure I was 100% happy. I’m so delighted and cant stop smiling!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dentistry No.3 to anyone. I have recently completed treatment on my teeth with Invisalign to straighten and align my top and bottom teeth. Finished off with composite edge bonding. Everything is so thorough and every appointment felt like a spa visit rather than a dentist appointment!I also can't sing Rebecca's praises highly enough. She is so personable with an incredibly calming manner and gentle approach to practice. I always felt at ease and knew exactly what to expect at each appointment. Everything was always explained to me before and during any work being done.I've enjoyed this journey so much that I was sad it was over! So much so that I have decided to transfer my core dental health over to Dentistry No3 as well as my two children through their dental plan.

I met Leigh initially for a consultation, who then matched me up with my Dentist Rebecca, a treatment plan was discussed & completed.Rebecca was very patient & excellent at her job. She carried out the plan, over a period of time & on completion I am delighted with the outcome.I now use the annual dental plan, getting checkups twice a year & visiting the hygienist every 3 months.I feel like smiling all the time, previously I was so self conscious about my teeth. Absolutely excellent.I have avoided the dentist for over 15 years as I was terrified after a horrible experience when I was younger. Eventually after having some pain that I couldn’t ignore any longer I made an appointment with Dentistry No3.Can genuinely say these guys have absolutely changed my outlook. Niall (dentist) and Laura hygienist) have both gone above and beyond to help me. They’re been so reassuring and let me take things at my own pace. Even during my panicking, both of them and their dental nurses made me feel safe and in control of what was happening.I LOVE how my teeth feel and look now, and feel so much more confident in attending appointments. Every member of the team from Leigh the smile advisor to reception have been brilliant.Thank you all so much!(P.S my appointment with Laura this week was the first time I’ve not cried before/during a dentist appointment for about 30 years!!!!)

My experience with Dentistry @ no.3 has been amazing from start to finish. From my initial consultation with Leigh, where we looked at all of my different options for my desired result, to the finished dental treatment by Rebecca. Rebecca put me at ease right away and was so friendly all the way through my treatment. She is a perfectionist and my teeth look better than I could have imagined. I had a course of Invisalign, followed by the replacement of silver fillings, whitening and composite bonding. My teeth look so natural. I can’t stop smiling and feel so much more confident. The girls at the front desk and of the dental nurses were all so welcoming and professional. I recommend Dentistry @ no.3 to everyone! First class service and all round experience.

Have had a great experience at this practice. I had a broken tooth that I thought couldn’t be salvaged. Ali saved the tooth and replaced an old, ill fitting crown next to it. It looks fantastic. Am really pleased. Care has been first rate.The team have been really flexible when booking me in too, to accommodate my difficult working hours. Can’t thank them enough.

I went to Dentistry @ No 3 as I had broken a crown. My own dentist told me he was certain I had 3 broken teeth, he didn't know what was keeping them in and he wasn't willing to tackle the work required. I was extremely worried, but Ali put me totally at ease and explained all my options including the possible need for implants. After thorough, pain free, investigation Ali confirmed I did not need implants, but my old, ill-fitting crowns needed to be replaced and the broken crown was root treated. The work is now complete and I couldn't be happier. My crowns are natural looking and a great colour match. Ali is easily the best dentist I have ever been to. It helps that he explains what he's going to do, so no surprises - and all totally pain free! All the staff are amazing and I would highly recommend Dentistry @ No 3.

Cannot recommend as their pain free treatment was ineffective for me due to sensitivity. More importantly their attitude towards me after refunding a session completely changed. I’ve been left still needing treatment despite being advised I was referred elsewhere too. Also attempted to book another hygienist appointment last week on the understanding it wouldn’t be pain free for me so I accepted this, and haven’t even had a call back either as promised. This is a shame as the hygienist was very considerate during the previous appointment. Ultimately why offer customers money back if it’s not pain free then throw your toys out the pram when it doesn’t work as you then have to give a refund only to then treat customers so badly. Your offer was your decision, but everyone should be treated equally and not left in the dark needing further dental care. Your attitude completely changed when you had to refund and I didn’t even ask at first I was told this due to how much pain I was in. Let me remind you of this; your team pins its success on delivering five customerservice promises:1. We promise to be stress-free, calm and gentle.2. We promise you pain-free dentistry3. We promise not to keep you waiting4. We promise to listen to you5. We promise never to judge you.You failed on all 5 on this occasion.

I really took the time to investigate who I wanted to get my smile wedding ready for my big day. Dentistry @ no 3 really took the time to listen and get my appointments lined up so my smile was ready for my wedding. Dr Ali is definitely the best in the business! If you are looking for that extra boost of confidence - I would highly recommend Dentistry @ no.3.
