I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog here. They took her symptoms very seriously and gave us a game plan to follow and prescriptions to take home. They asked us each step of the way if we were comfortable spending the money on certain things. They even gave us a check up phone call and card sent to our home signed by all the staff! So sweet

All of the staff here were kind, caring, and accomodating. Unfortunately, our family dog had passed away but I had complete confidence that everything that could have been done or investigated was being done so. Everything through to his end-of-life care was handled incredibly clearly and compassionately. My family is very grateful for the care our family recieved.

Visited this clinic for the first time today. I had called in to book an appointment and the lady at the desk was super kind and helpful. My dog has anxiety and doesn’t like other dogs and they had me call when I arrived so they could bring me and my dog right into the room. The Vet was very nice and thorough with explaining everything to do with my dog. She was also very gentle and kind to my anxious dog which made the appointment that much smoother. Everyone here is so lovely and kind!! Best experience.

I recently took my very sick cat here (after getting nowhere with another vet).The whole team in this office was wonderful and helpful from the first phone call to me picking up my cat after his exam.Within a day of seeing this vet my cat has started his recovery process.I highly recommend this vet.

I’ve been going to this vet clinic for years. The vets here are so kind and understanding and really want the best for your pet. The front staff is also very nice and welcoming. The clinic is under renovation currently but it will be much larger and modern. The only downside sometimes the phones don’t connect / long wait times on the phone but they get to you as fast as they can.

Castledowns Animal Hospital
There are very few vets in Edmonton that deal with exotic animals and reptiles. The one that we normally go to was on vacation, and I felt that we needed to see someone about my leopard gecko right away. Dr. Lee was amazing. He spent an hour with me and went over everything so thoroughly. I was so impressed with his exam and his thorough questioning about her enclosure & care. I was so impressed! Thank you so much Dr. Lee!

The services here are great! Dr. R. took time and discussed with us the different types of assessments and treatments available until we came up with a plan forward that I was comfortable with. Also, the x-rays are a much lower cost here compared to other vets.
