TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This branch does not train their staff well or the staff at this branch are not very motivated. The truth is probably something in between. Save yourself some time and go to another branch. I went to this branch to get funds transferred from Ontario and because I was worried about the deadline, I requested this document be faxed. The individual helping me said it would be fine if we just wait and I had no reason to not trust him. Two weeks passed and I still did not receive a confirmation. I called back to speak to him and requested help to fax the documents and he still told me to wait. I ended up seeing another advisor at TD Dunbar and my documents were faxed right away. I received confirmation from Ontario THE NEXT DAY that my documents were received and approved. Don't waste your time at this branch.

The employees Attitudes can sometimes be a drag but mostly they do try to be friendly and courteous some of them do kind of look at you suspiciously why I do not know? It kind of makes me giggle under my breath but so be it! When you think about it? It's just another business that just happens to be a bank and everybody's got their own agenda going on in their minds right?. Ayways take care have a great day bye bye

I like this branch. Respectful, helpful and knowledgeable staff. We had a great experience with the Farsi speaker staff today. She was professional and tried her best to translate everything for my friend.

How come they don’t help customer and make me sit and waiting for 30mins when 3 of staff doing nothing just chatting with each other ?

I've had to deal with about 10-15 different employees at this branch over a period of one year, and most of them (with rare exceptions) were nice but really incompetent! Stay away if you need anything more complex done than simple deposits/withdrawals.

We have been customers here since TD opened this branch. Sometimes there are new workers that are being trained to the job and sometimes there are customers that have complicated transactions and we need to wait a while till it’s our turn but then we have always been treated well and are not rushed through the process. While waiting in line I try to have my card and paperwork ready for the people behind me.Friendly and competent staff.

I had an appointment with Mr. Gurkirat Singh, what a gentleman to talk to.Answers all my questions and inquiries.People like him in management are a blessing.

Wouldn't let me in to deal with a stolen debit card and fraudulent transactions - not important at all - as they wanted to go home for the day. Come on guys take some pride in your work. This is after they let someone physically go into the branch and process transactions on my account without verifying ID. Closing my account with TD permanently. Yikes.

Long waiting queue. Tellers won’t attend you and ignore you even though they are around and doing nothing
