Tonight on thanksgiving, I had just left a dinner in legal,Just after turning towards Redwater by hachey.I had noticed my lug nuts have been loosenedCausing my car to severely begin to wobble.I called this place as it was my closest bet for someone to help, not thinking they would answer to my surprise the owner answered.He said I could use a socket set to get my lug nuts back tight.I was able to slowly make my way to the gate and this gentleman comes to the gate with a tire iron and says take it keep it, it’s yours.Thank you so very much.After hours not having to even pick up the phone let alone offer help. You went out of your way to help me.Thank you sincerely.Amazing person.

Hacheys always does great work. I have had my vehicles fixed there whenever there are issues.

If I'm paying for mechanical service I expect the minimum to get looked at too. Our valve was blocked with dirt causing the car to stall and someone put his air filter the wrong way. One of many reasons you will not see any of our cars in your garage again. Thank you for your business.

Marcel, Sharon and their crew are amazing they make you feel like you matter and always make time for you. Marcel is a very honest hardworking man with a great work ethic. You never need to worry about being taken for a ride. He tells you the truth regardless of the news. ( just was told my transmission was shot ) Marcel took time out of his busy work day to find me the best deal on a rebuilt.Will always be using them. :)

Called in about used motor home parts. Woman said I could come in and look for parts.When I got there the owner was so rude. Seemed extremely Paranoid about my friend and I stealing something. This was my first time going to a auto wrecker and thought that you could just look for parts and pay for them.Will never go back to this place and it’s sad that I can’t give my business to a local business.I will be staying a true customer to Richards auto in gibbons for my car repairs.

I am a typical female and break motors and cars on a regular basis. Yes one of my car's has an engine light on right now.....The staff at Hachey Auto are amazing! Fast, affordable, and trustworthy. Best service I have gotten in a long time.Well worth the drive out to them. Definitely our new mechanic.
