I wish there is zero star. Really bad experience of selling a car. They think I ask too much and do not even want to offer a bid. The price I am asking is about retail price. I know it is not possible and I am open to negotiate. I told them I know you cannot pay that much but let me hear what you can offer, they said I am living in my own world? Excuse me?I then went to manager’s office and the price he offer I feel like they are not serious. They give $65000 for a car which has a market price of $90000. I then went to two more places on No.3 road, price are more reasonable and people are nice.

Picked up a 2017 Tesla Model X from them, Lucy did an amazing job! She was very easy to deal with, quick to answer any questions and never provided any friction. On pick up day I was done in minutes. Thanks Lucy!
