Great service, price was as quoted. They showed up mid morning as planned and took our vehicle to the garage of of my choice here in town, no issues at all.

Awesome service! Called them to tow our van and we had CAA. CAA said they were their preferred service provider in the area and they didn’t disappoint! Took it right to our mechanic and were professional through the whole process. No wonder they have been in business for over 40years. Thanks McCarthys!!

The owner kept changing what the prices where for after the complaint and laughed at me until I hung up the phone. Great service after trying to submit false work claims to roadside and overbilling by double.My wife had a dog locked in the car on a hot day, 2 kids by the side of a car with me doing duty on a military ship. She locked the keys in the car but before he showed up I contacted on star and let her in. She waited to tell him his service was not needed, he then bullied her into paying him almost 200 bucks for doing NOTHING. HE EVEN FOLLOWED HER TO THE BANK TO MAKE SURE HE GOT MONEY, WHAT A CROOK ALMOST 200 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING STAY AWAY!!! Just an update spoke to my wife and the company, he lowered the rate from the 150 to 100 plus tax to do her a favour as he put it! Called the company and they said she only had to pay the km rate and this would be around 70 dollars. So he started charging her almost double the appropriate rate but since he was such a nice guy only over charged her and stole 50 bucks from her what a great guy. Again he provided her no SERVICE at all but started out trying to charge her 150 dollars. As per the dispatcher at this company the km rate of around 70 bucks should of been all she was charged, total crooks. Update again company just told me the per km rate is 2.50 that means for the 18km it should of been under 50 dollars before tax yet still charged 100 since he gave her a deal and not the 125 plus tax he told her she had to pay!!!

Price Gauge! You are better off calling in the military if you go off the road. These guys are a complete rip off!Extremely unprofessional from the owner to the bottom line.Hard to believe these guys are still in business.

While primarily using it for work, the staff have always been extremely pleasant to deal with. They have provided excellent service for towing, jump start and keys locked in for all the times I've needed them.

Car broke down in shelburne.Paid $600 to get hauled from there to Blockhouse..Another time had an accident in BWater. they took the car to their shop to look it over" never called to let me know it was done and ready to be removed.Was talking to police and they told me not to call the tow company.After a week i did call and they charged over $6oo for storage ! I had a friend flatbed my car home ...No way will they get a chance to rip me off

Very helpful. Was able to get my vehicle out, no problem. They have very reasonable rates.
