Terrible attitude toward potential customer. I was treated like an intruder and told to go somewhere else. Never in Canada i have experienced such a customer service. Avoid!

I went to this branch for getting line of credit. This advisor named mayank worked on my application. He wanted me clear all my credit cards which I did. And later he said for getting LOC I need to have National bank chequing account & Credit card. So I took both later in week he run my LOC application and said you will not get any line of credit. Basically I ended up with getting $10000 credit card (24% APR) instead of line of credit which is 4% APR. Be CAREFUL if you’re applying for any line of credit in NATIONAL BANK.

Some members of the staff are just HAUGHTY and NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, may be because of the BROWN COLOUR OF MY EPIDERMIS.KEN

Omg terrible institution. After wasting my time for 60 minutes I was promised a specific date for my probate cheque to clear. Turns out anoth three business days which essentially means I can miss my mothers funeral. My stress level is high because the lack of integrity Run

Guys, time is money and you will lose alot of it visiting this branch. They need to fire old aged staff and hire youngsters who are fast using computers and whatever outdated systems nbc uses.Went for a bank draft, took 15 mins to make one with a mistake on name even though I provided correct name on a piece of paper. Why make me provide name if you will make a mistake and take another 10 minutes to correct the mistake.I love NBC for the exclusive packages for professionals but really need to move their systems to 21st centuryLook at CIBC ...they are on steriods with upgrading everything to beat TD and RBC

The ATM is open late and functions , the sanitation machines need to be filled by the sanitation custodial department as it was empty . Good location .
