We enjoyed the time at the store. Amazing selection of games and the staff was super knowledgeable. The staff was extremely patient at explaining the different games we were looking at. They gave plenty of excellent suggestions for our next board game adventure!

Amazing store, has plenty of games, and their customer support is 10 star worthy. Glad the guy who helped me, not only did his job but went above and beyond to tell me about a promotion I missed out on and worked with the manager to get me my points refunded towards the promotion when I rented an additional game! Highly recommend, please try their service!

Amazing store, If you can find it. I stumbled by this hidden treasure, when I visited Toronto. The pricing is really good and they have a wide variety of games. From party games to expert plus games like „On Mars“, they have it in stock. Also the rental option is great. The pricing here is good, too and the games are prepared for a good experience like laminated rules and sorted material. If you like boardgames or slightly interested in, go there and get some good games.

I spent my lunch break calling around for a copy of Potion Explosion. BoardGames2Go a store I had never heard of had a copy. They advised how I could purchase it via the website for pick it. It was an amazingly simple and easy I purchased 3 games total. They were wrapped in a sealed bag so nothing could get out. When I got home I was super surprised to see a bonus potion card set had been included with my game which I was not expecting. Truly a fantastic smooth experience. I will be buying my board games from this place first from now on because the customer service is so amazing!

TLDR; best prices and delivery service out there, beyond impressed.This place is amazing!! Realized I forgot to order a family board game in time for delivery before Christmas. Decided to find a local shop to buy one instead, but was stressed about finding the time to make the trip. Found this shop, which had the game I wanted, at a price 20% lower than Amazon, and they delivered it to my door in under 3 hours!!! Unbelievable. I will only buy my board games from here going forward and will recommend to everyone. Thanks for unbeatable prices and service!!! Not to mention the delivery person was so jolly!!

Placed my order to purchase board games today and was able to pick up hours after. Had to opt for pick up cause I was out of the delivery area but they accommodated me to meet me in the middle of the nearest delivery area by my location. Great customer service, swift replies, and smooth transaction. It's great to support a local business without having to deal with shipping. Would definitely buy and/or rent again.

Lovely board game shop and rental that is hiding away upstairs in a building on Queen Street. It was such a surprise being able to find games (Cubirds & Blue Lagoon) that were sold out everywhere else. The person at the counter was also knowlegable with games and could recommend good ones to try out. Prices are comparable to other shops and available via an iPad device at the front. Although small in space, the store has managed to pack a variety of games all the way to the ceiling. It also has a board game rental service if you want to rent a few games to try out before buying. I would highly recommend popping by and taking a look.

A fantastic business with stellar customer service! Delivery and pickup went perfectly smoothly, and the game was organized and stored in a way that made it easy to keep track of all its pieces. We had a blast trying out Mansions of Madness over the course of a week. Highly recommended!
