Terrible service, definitely would not buy from this optical location!

Purchased 6 pairs of prescription glasses and have had 2 eye exams. Only issue is the variety of glasses to choose from are limited. Sizes are also limited. If you want cheap glasses this is a great place though. Staff are friendly and the optometrist is great!

I came here to get contact lens prescription as I am a new user.The lady there upsold me a better eye exam for 20 CAD extra. All in all 110CAD.They in the very end gave me a prescription for spectacles not the contact lens. There was no mention of brand name in the prescription.I didn't realize this issue till I took this to another shop.Because of this no other shop accept their prescription.They won't teach to wear contacts due to covid as well.I didn't realise I was walking into a trap.Today I went and asked them to change my prescription to include a brand of contact lens and they guy there told me we don't do that. They don't want toAvoid Costco Vision Centre.They are scamming people.

I work at the Costco so I went here to get my eye exam. After the exam the doctor And my eyes are dilated so everything will be super bright. When I got outside it was very difficult to see and impossible to drive.Long story short they should’ve warned me to bring sunglasses or get a ride because I was stuck there and had to wait a wile before driving. Even after waiting a long time driving home was difficult and I don’t recommend it. Just get picked up. It was also a very cloudy day but still very hard. I wished they warned me before the procedure it could have ruined peoples day

I purchased a set of Raybans a few years ago from Costco and unfortunately broke one of the lenses on vacation. I took it in to the vision center at the Guelph location to see if it could be fixed. To my surprise, just a few days later they were able to track down an extra lens and repaired it free of charge! They even included a case to top off the experience. They could have easily charged me +$100 for the repair. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my optical and sunglass needs and will be referring everyone I know to the Guelph location! Thank you for the great service and generosity
