Very friendly staff, clean and a great selection of cigars and vape juices. Prices are fair, and the staff is very knowledgeable about cigars and vapes. Slightly cheaper cigarette prices.

Best cigar store ever, resonable price and the owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met.

Not recommended to buy here, price is 15-20% higher than gas station on cigarettes, plus taking vendor's gift from customer, very sad experience.

I used to shop here all the time. Probably purchased somewhere between $200 - $400/month in cigars. Lately the stock has been getting lower and prices higher, solely based on my purchases of select items. I see 22 cigars there, and buy 10 of them for $11/each. Come back two weeks later and the 12 cigars are still there, but now they are $14/each. ??? Am I competing for cigars against myself?My recent purchase - one small box of cigars (only box there), $80 were so dry they weren't even smokable. When I tried to return them, owner wouldn't accept any returns. Said I had to call the manufacturer - Call Cohiba in Cuba? I offered to just leave them on the counter and they were more than willing to take them back without a refund. I grabbed them back off the counter and said I would throw them in the trash myself.Better places in Halton and nearby cities to get better quality cigars for prices that are 5-7 dollars cheaper per cigar and 40-80 dollars cheaper per box.

Really a shame. I really enjoyed coming to this store until this evening. I went into the humidor as I routinely have in the past and was immediately confronted by the male clerk behind the counter. I asked him what had he recently got in as I normally do, and he said everything in the humidor, want me to list it all? I explained I come there often and his response, ok and? I will never return to this shop which is extremely unfortunate. What use to be a friendly environment felt extremely hostile and uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service.. very knowledgeable about cigars and can provide great advices. Also, store always stocked with various collections of quality cigars. From a very affordable daily smokes, to nice occasion high end cigars. Very recommended

First off this smoke shop was far beyond our modest expectations, when my brother and I began the search to buy an assortment of the best cigars we could find, as well afford for ourselves, gifts for friends on our return to hometown USA. We discovered a very well equipped, store that seems to be almost obscure in its everyday setting, would certainly surprise any individual seeking a fine tobacco shop. As we entered this fine smoke establishment, clearly we could see all that we were searching for, in fact right under our very noses. Of course on meeting the owners with their quiet demise, a definite expertise, and knowledge was far more than we would have ever expected, selection and quality whether your preferences sways to that of a pipe smoker, or an avid cigar effitionado, buying not just any cigar, always seeking the best based on supurb quality, for those that I have known will consider adding an everyday cigar that remains in keeping with only the best cigars for everyday use. Of course this store will have a complete selection of all main brand cigarettes available. The accessories available, far too many to list in this review cover all the basics and far more whether it be required for proper upkeep on your pipe with reasonable assortment of specialized tobaccos pairing to some of the finer pipes available for sale. When we consider different qualities of cigars of course price point, knowledgeble owners can easily advise and direct you to a good cigar, this in fact does not diminish the smoke of different grades of tobacco leaf used, of course the best cigars are the best for a reason. You'll likely reallize a good humidor to protect your investment and maintain your perfect humidity which insures a consistency of your cigars. Larger humidors, with styles that will suit those with the most discrediting tastes secure 50 or more, or a travel case that secures your cigar for travel, ridgid, esthetically designed, with humidity control.

Very friendly, good selection and fair prices. Didn’t have the box sizes I was looking for, but did an excellent job with putting smaller boxes together for what I wanted. Very satisfied with my visit.
