The driver of this company was driving aggressively through a school block with school just getting out and kids all around. He tried to ram his way down a street and when I was in his way he got into a verbal altercation with me. This is the regard their employees have for safety.

Rick and his team installed a new fire panel and smoke detectors in our 3-storey condo building. Their knowledge and expertise have been much appreciated!! All very pleasant people to work with. We are very pleased with how quickly and efficiently they got the job got done.

I contacted City Fire Services to provide a 2nd opinion for system replacement as suggested by another Fire Service company due to the cost. When they looked at our system the tech Rick pointed out it was only a faulty charger module which cost $900.00 to replace instead of the $36,000 quoted by the other company for a full upgrade. The work was done the same day in about 4 hrs and we were safe again. Thank you Rick & City Fire Team for being honest I will definitely pass your info on to other building owners in our neighborhood.

I recently hired City Fire to repair a phantom fault that would cause our fire alarm to ring randomly for over 3 months. Our current vendor was baffled and suggested replacing our system for $20k. A friend suggested City Fire and I was surprised how fast the City Fire technicians found the issue. It was water that had been leaking on a on a fire alarm causing it to set the alarm bells off. Thanks to Marco and Arnie for fixing the issue $350.00 is way better than $20k

Highly recommend connecting with Rick and City Fire to review your system and inform you of what options you may have in regards to upgrading or replacing you current fire alarm system. Our strata had three other companies review our system, recommend solutions, and provide quotes. All other three companies said we needed to update our system, which includes engineering and modern code compliance, whilst City Fire said we could do a 'voluntary upgrade' which requires way less upgrades, can be done without extensive engineering or timely engineering/ permit processing, and is much cheaper. I do not know if the other three companies were not aware of the 'voluntary upgrade' option, or if they were dishonest so they could make more money off us. What Rick and City Fire did for us was hugely appreciated. They sorted things out with the city promptly and professionally, and did a great and fast job at our building. The cost came in lower than quoted, and the job got done quicker than estimated. We will continue to consult with City Fire for any further work and inspections.

Just had these guys helped out with a warehouse project when the original fire service contractor we hired never showed up to complete and left us on Fire watch. I called City Fire and I was pleased with prompt service and quote provided. The techs we had were Gal and Dale they were both knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to ensure we were ready to pass inspection the next day. There was no up selling just honest clean work - well done City Fire. Thanks again and I will definitely recommend you in the future !

This company did work in my condominium. If you want a contractor who underestimates the scope of work, surprises you with the final amount and doesn't negotiate with you in good spirit - but rather prefers to take you to court, this is your contractor. If you want a contractor whose employees are disrespectful of the owners - this is your contractor. If you just want the job done, there are better companies.

We used the pros at City Fire Services for our Annual life safety testing. The pros at Cityfire provided excellent services in a timely and professional manner.
