Appliance Matters

Another great experience with Appliance matter in all areas of an appliance repair. We called hoping to get a same day appointment as having your refrigerator go down is a big issue. No problem as Joey was there by 12:30 PM, a half hour before the schedule appointment time. Took him all of 5 minutes to find the issue which gave him plenty of time to go out and get the part ( the fan component that moves the cold air through the Fridge) and be back to do the repair well with in the time allotted. He went out of his way to melt and clean up some ice that hadformed in the freezer due to the malfunctioned fan, which cleaned thing up nicely. By the evening the Fridge was back to the proper temperature and is working as good as it was when it was brand new. All this at a price that is soooo much better than the price of new fridges today. Not to mention the hassle of trying to find one, have it delivered and installed in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend!

I called and booked an appointment for the next day between 12-3. The technician called at 8 am and said he was on his way. I advised we were not there and he proceeded to tell me how I am being difficult and he is trying to just work. Made no sense and when I advised him that we made the appointment time for a reason he became very upset. I called him out on his behaviour and he said he was sorry if his tone was off. I called back the main line and advised if the interaction. They booked another technician who removed a sock from the filter and charged $170.00, after they said the call would be $85.00Not a happy customer.

I called Appliance Matters and Joey was able to repair our washer that same day. Joey did an excellent job, quickly locating and repairing the leak in the machine. Using a special dolly he was able to take the stackable dryer off the washer to complete the repair. I will definitely use Appliance Matters again!

Technician called first to let me know he was as on his way and was very punctual. Showed broken part and reconnected the loose dryer vent hose. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call for service in the future.

Everyone was really responsive, from the initial phone call to the service visits. When the service person got to the house, they had boot covers to keep from tracking dirt through the house, they diagnosed the issue quickly, and let me know how much the replacement part and service would be, and when they could come back. They got my fridge fixed by next day! Thanks!

Joey was very helpful - both with my dishwasher and dryer calls. Arrived on time, solved the issue, and gave tips on use and maintenance of appliances. Would recommend to everyone!

Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our 13 year old washing machine and in the case he wasn’t able, he had excellent economical replacement suggestions. I would highly recommend this business!

My dryer finally gave out and I thought it was done for good, but I called Appliance Matters just in case they could bring it back. Joey found the problem very quickly.I am happy my dryer is as good as new. Working very well. .Highly recommended.

Mike at Appliance Matters was great to work with, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He didn't drag out the job, installed the dishwasher and tested it in a timely manner and was very clear about explaining parts needed, including cost, prior to using them.Prior to the appointment I was confused about some parts I thought I needed to get and I texted Joey who confirmed that their tech would have all parts we might need (he was right!). Joey replied to me quickly even though it was a day off for him.This was my second time dealing with the company and I will continue to use Appliance Matters as my go-to for all appliance issues or installs in the future.
