Going into our kitchen renovation, we weren't sure what to expect, but Sasha was super helpful in providing us with a timeline and expectations. And all expectations were met, if not exceeded! All work was done on time and the kitchen turned out even better than expected. Our friends still don't believe that the cabinets are IKEA and not custom, because everything fits together like a big puzzle. That's to say, Sasha's design was executed to perfection by everyone involved. Special thanks to Juan, who asked questions to gauge our needs and preferences and who made sure that everything looked as planned. Juan also showed up every day with a smile on his face and a personable attitude which made all interactions pleasant! Thanks to 21 Renovations, we are now enjoying a modern and functional kitchen!

I cannot begin to express what a great job these guys did. My apartment is pretty old and there were some challenging surprises (like my horribly uneven and cracked floors) but Dejan and the crew got things done one time and within the expected budget (I still don't know how they managed to work their magic the way they did). Everyone was so hard working, professional and pleasant to have around. They made the whole experience so enjoyable I kind of miss having them around :). Oh yeah, and the kitchen and bathroom look really great!!! Thank you so much, Sasha and Dejan and every one else (especially the tile guys who worked late!). You guys are awesome!

Sasha and the 21 Renovations crew were amazing to work with throughout the entire 5 week renovation of my condo. The end results are absolutely beautiful! He was able to adapt to additions to the project even after it started, keeping on the adjusted budget, and staying as close as he could to the completion date. He and his teams that were available to answer any questions that I had promptly. I definitely recommend using them.

We chose 21 Renovations to do an extensive renovation of our kitchen and adjacent rooms. We are very happy with the results. The 21 Renovations crew (Sasha, Dejan, Luis and Juan) was excellent, as were their sub-contract tradespeople. Everyone that worked on this project was professional, polite and friendly, in addition to being great craftsmen.Sasha and team completed our project on time and on budget (with a few cost adjustments for unknowns at the project start). It was not an inexpensive reno; but, the transformation of our kitchen was well worth the investment. We feel that we received good value from 21 Renovations. Sasha, Juan, and the rest of the team completed a project for us in August-September this year. They created a beautiful barrierless shower in a complete bathroom redo, and did some drywall and painting work in the bed room. We found it easy to work with Sasha, from planning to contract to the actual work. Juan did a really amazing job, going above and beyond for us, and the tile teams are real pros. We highly recommend working with 21 Renovations on jobs you want done right with minimal worries.

When there were some problems, he doesn't hide it and makes us know the situation well. And finally, he solves it.- Pamela has positive, bright energy and helped us to make good choices.
