Charm Diamond Centres

On Sunday, May 1st, 2022 I visited Charm Diamond Centres here, in the Soo. I wanted to buy my grandson a gold chain for his graduation. We found one that was on sale.. At the cashier, as I was prepared to pay for the chain along with the extended warranty, I was told that they could not sell it to me for the price displayed on the chain. They said that during inventory, the tag for a different chain at a lower price, had been placed on the chain I was prepared to purchase. After contacting the store manager, they refused to sell me the chain at the displayed price. They apologized, but needless to say I left the store very disappointed! Several people have told me that the sale price on an article should be honoured…..definitely not at Charm Diamond Centres!,I would give them ZERO stars if I could!!

I purchased myself a beautiful expensive Celtic necklace. Not so beautiful once on. After 20 minutes the dangely chain at the back comes forward and wraps around the chain. Looks hideous. When I stooped to have the chain removed (an easy procedure) they said they can't remove it unless it's sent away and there will be a charge?? A jewelry store with no small pliers?? They recommended to bring it to the Savoy's around the corner.

Absolutely amazing team and location to visit. My fiancé and I had a terrible experience with a competitor and the staff at charm went above and beyond to help us. They involved local staff including the manager as well as their district leader. My fiancé got a new ring that she absolutely loves and we had an amazing experience!

I was recently in your location at the Station Mall in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. I had the most amazing customer service from an employee named Robert. He took the time to explain about the ring that I was interested in and of course, I had to buy it! Robert is an example of EXCELLENT customer service and should be commended for it. Companies need more employees like Robert as he is a true credit to Charm Diamond Centres! Thank you Robert!

I have always had a good experience with purchasing through this store. Wanted to order a pair of custom Ruby earrings, they brought the stones in before had for me to look at to make sure I liked them. They were made in a fair amount of time and turned out beautiful. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help.

Exquisite pieces, excellent quality & craftsmanship. You can order in specialty items. Clean store, friendly wonderful staff. Not to mention when buying a diamond there you're always getting more weight than what you're paying for. Hidden gems are also found in their gorgeous Elle Collection. Not to mention they always have sales on. So in love with my Bulova watch!!!

My boyfriend always deals with Norma there. She is absolutely wonderful. Pur problem was fixed without question - chain would not fit on the heart pendant even though he was told it would by someone else. The employees are also extremely friendly and helpful. SSM Charm Diamond Center - Norma, went above and beyond to help my fiance and I put together a beautiful set of rings for our upcoming wedding. The customer service is way more than 5 stars. We will always buy our jewelry from Charm!
