I use this company for all my restaurant’s needs. They have serviced my AC, prep fridges, our heating system, gas fitting… very professional, reliable, and responsive!10/10 will continue to use and recommend.

I had high frequency furance, water on demand ( tankless water) , ac unit and full duct installed. Gas fireplace by CoolHeat and I am so happy with their service. From the initial quote and time taken to explain everything and different options were put forward in an honest and informative way, Ray was wonderful! You know that this company really values their customers and wants to do the best job possible for your individual and family needs. Installation was fast, smooth and everything was left clean and ready to go. Love my water on demand, my ac works wonderfully and they moved my furance and all the duct work so I can have lot of space in my laundry room. About 8 years ago CoolHeat Comfort Systems replaced my in-law's old oil furnace with a new, modulating, high effeciency furnace, saving them roughly $2000/year. The work was quality, the team professional and honest.The time (to explain and answer ALL of the questions), consideration and true kindness shown to our elderly parents during that process was so very appreciated.During the time since, they have continued to provide their yearly maintenance and were very prompt and courteous in responding to an emergency call that required replacement of a small part just today. A weight off our mind knowing that their house is warm as the days are getting colder! It's this reliability of service with a genuine smile that keeps us coming back to CoolHeat Comfort Systems. From the initial consult call and first meeting, dealing with the office personnel to on site installation services, everyone on the team exceeded expectations. Everybody was very kind and took pride in their work. I am very impressed with how responsive all the team was with all of my questions and requests, they truly are professionals in their field. I would highly recommend and will be using their services again for future projects!

This just pop up in my reviews, I e-transfer close to $300.00. One technician came over, used all his tool, couldn't find the issue. Eventually some person called me, he informed it was the capacitor to my central AC. So I ordered the Capacitor for $90.00 installed for $50.00.

Great company to work with! Very satisfied! From start to finish, Ray and his crew, office included, were a pleasure to deal with and very professional... I had no ductwork in my home, so I finally chose a dual zone mini split A/C system with heat pump... Best decision ever! My fur babies and myself were seriously melting,,, 1st heat wave of the year was May 2021,,, Our summers are only getting hotter and much much earlier... After last years hot summer, i only wanted A/C in the bedroom, but after the hot May, i had to further consider my longterm options and Ray was great with educating me on this matter... Looking forward to see this winter the efficiency of the heat pump... Even curious neighbors and passer-bys commented on the fantastic outdoor installation of condenser and details surrounding this setup... Our previous maintenance provider red-tagged our furnace on Thursday, then twice told us they would be in touch in the next 24 hours and did not follow up. We called CoolHeat on Saturday morning after our second call to the other company when they told us a technician had to come to our place before they would do anything. When I spoke with Ray, it was obvious from the beginning that his first concern was our comfort and safety. He helped us select the furnace that best met our needs, answered all our questions thoroughly, had a reasonable quote to us on Sunday, and the technicians installed the new furnace on Monday. Every single interaction we had with the people at CoolHeat was friendly, professional, and very helpful. And it's a bonus that this is a local small business. Highly recommended.

In a world where everyone is out to make a quick buck, appliances are purpose-built with shorter lifespans to sell more units, and customer service is an after-thought, CoolHeat Comfort in Cumberland, Ontario, is a “Ray” of sunshine.Our 21-yr old Rudd A/C unit wasn’t working, and I thought for sure we’d be on the hook for a new unit install. CoolHeat Comfort owner Ray Richer to the rescue! Ray convinced me to shoot for a repair with their “NO RISK FIX” policy. Well… lo and behold, his tech Alex got our Rudd purring like a kitten once more, giving ‘er a few more years of life, I’m sure.In my books, trust is a hot commodity and hard to come by in this dog-eat-dog, profit-over-people consumer hellscape.
