I’m absolutely disappointed. I had a physician last night (May 4th) who was negligent and neglectful. I went in and he gave me medicine, no prescription and discharged me immediately, he told me I’ll be fine even tho I told him I think it’s more serious. I had to end up at another urgent care centre today, where the doctor prescribed me with the medicine I needed for my treatment as my condition got worse today. Disappointing behaviour from the doctor.

Visited Nov 01 around 10am-So called urgent care; none of the staff had any urgency whatsoever; tried not to burden" the emergency and took my toddler there due to continued cough without eating or drinking but waited three hours before seeing a doctor for three minutes.The doctor who had zero urgency at his station talking about a Halloween party (overhead him and the second doctor in the passing) was in such a hurry when he came into our room to assess my toddler.If we are screaming about the lack of hospital care workers and nurses I did not witness that at all

What kind of urgent care center DOESNT have a phone number? People are supposed to trust you to take care of emergency when you fail to be equipped with the most basic and standard form of 21st century technology? Why is there NO sign online saying you're closed? What if somebody with emergency wasted vital time traveling to your clinic only to find out you were closed? That is irresponsible. I hope this was an honest mistake but I believe more diligence on your end, to properly communicate to the public that you are closed, is important. This way anybody experiencing a real, life threatening or urgent emergency can make an educated decision to take their emergency to a different clinic, one that is open and ready to provide assistance immediately- Instead of arriving at the closed doors of your clinic. been here a solid 10 times in the last year or two . Always clean and friendly staff. Nice nurse gave my son some orange juice while he was getting blood work done.

Staff is amazing no doubt. But I had abdominal pain with labor contractions. They only did blood work and apparently everything was fine without doing an ultrasound. What I find out that I have a cyst.

Went there last night at 8pm, and left there at 9:20 pm, took my daughter in for a toe fracture, she was seen by a wonderful intake nurse right away, within 25 minutes, she already had an xray, the rest of the time we waited for the doctor to see her. A very organized and efficient place!

The urgent care here is a joke. For a 65 years old senior who just got his both knees replaced, we waited more than 3 hrs for doctor to review the x-ray results. These 3 hrs doesn't include the time it took for the x-ray. The staff doesn't care and even after advising about the knee condition, they just replied with blank face that nothing can be done for him to sit some other pkace. Try to go other places n resort to this place if there is no other option.

Urgent care don’t think anyone understands meaning of Urgent at this place.Took three hours to just listen to an opinion of a doctor what he thinks rather than understanding what patient feels.Took my wife as her stitch’s due to pregnancy we’re coming out which were pinching her and as it was more than three months just wanted doctor to cut the stitch but Dr Agarwal think her pain is not due to stitch even after my wife said she can’t seat or walk as the stitch gives her pain.Similar to what doctor thinks we also think he should not work in the hospital rather should work as a family doctor.I know this would not change anything at the hospital but this for the people who want go to this place for treatment I would recommend find a better alternative than this wasted 3 hours and had to get this done from a Urgent care not part of an hospital.

The nurses and doctor was good. Respectful and professional. The wait time was a bit longer than I expected but overall not too bad. They took care of my 8 year old daughter well and sent me off with a prescription. The doctor took time to listen and to explain.
