We at 101 Doors and Windows are a dealer for Plygem Windows. I have dealt with, purchased from and worked directly for different window manufacturers over the years. Plygem is hands down the best!! Sales, shipping, service and product are outstanding. No one else comes close.

Really bad after-sale service, and worse service ever, I would give zero star, all weather window is so much better, new house call all weather window.

horrible service. Scheduled four times to replace a window and then be canceled. And the staff said they could do nothing for that.

Worst doors I’ve ever seen, if I could give less than one star, I would. I have a single one in the back that has a half window with mini blinds installed in 2013. Window has been replaced once already but so much moisture gets in the door, it has destroyed 4 door handles. Front patio doors have full window with mini blinds. It is on the 3rd door handle. Their solution to this was to change the windows out once again but only if I pay the labor?? Ummm what? And no solutions on what to do about the door handles. Never again will I use Ply Gem. Obviously not made for Saskatchewan weather.

Product is okay. I'm sure that all window companies in Canada follow the same specifications. However I would not buy Windows from them as their service is the worst. We have had three Window seals break- part of our service agreement is that these would be replaced. My first appointment was canceled with no follow-up and no rebooking. My second appointment, the service guy just didn't show up and no one decided to call us and let us know. After rearranging schedules between work and life, you can bet that that I'm not exactly pleased. We've been told that we'll just get a phone call when they have time. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually care about their customer service.

We have PlyGem windows in our home and love how much better quality they are. So much warmer in the areas of our home with new windows.
