I do not know how there can be a 5 star rating for this company as many trades people have told me they are so independent that they arrive whenever they feel like it, leaving new condo buildings, apartment buildings, etc in the lurch; not to mention their repair people taking forever to make the necessary adjustments.

I remember the Otis elevator fondly. We were always in good hands with Otis. Whatever is wrong with the new elevators? I live in a 2 yr. old residence in Ottawa ON Canada where we have only two elevators which are always OOO. Just three days ago I had to climb 5 flights to my suite; both elevators were Kaput. No one seems to know how to repair them. Help.
