I came in after a short work day. I was dressed dirty in my work clothes. They show there customers respect no matter what you look like. I didn't feel judged at all and had wonderful service. Keep up the good work.

We went there to have our rings resized and Yadika was very helpful in getting that done for us. Then we decided to get an anniversary ring made for our original set and Thai did such an amazing job. Thank you so much for all your guys help. They were very helpful and amazing to deal with. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again. Definitely a 5 star place.

Applets store on Regent Ave, this is the best place for jewelry. The staff are all very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.I have been shopping here for years and will continue too.

Iryna was an amazing sales associate who made this daunting experience (for a guy going in blind) so simple. It was an incredibly educational session and she helped me find such a wonderful ring when I was just browsing. Highly recommend for anyone who feels like they don't know what they are doing. Great experience compared to any other jeweler I've been to

First few time there service was great thinking I made the right decision. When i purchased the wedding band the lady offered free ring soldering. I made sure she documented that on the computer and she wrote in on the back of the receipt in pen ink. Fast forward 6 months to the after the wedding they now claim that the see the notes in the computer but can't honnor what the sales lady said. Asking me to provide the receipt with the ink on the back for clarification. While I miss placed it because I thought notes in there computer would be enough. Long story short. I wonder if the 84$ is worth and angry customer and a bad Google review

There is nowhere. I repeat NOWHERE I would ever bring my jewelry too or purchase from. You will never find a kinder team to work with anywhere else. They have worked on my most treasured pieces with such care and concern and help me but what has to be the MOST stunning ring. They were willing to work with the designer to make changes that we requested and I walked away with a custom showstopper ring. This is the only store I will shop at for any of my pieces and the only place I trust with any piece I own.
