I would like to thank the new manager Elie.Since his arrival, I really see a better maintenance of the building. He is always there for us when we need him. He is always smiling and in a good mood. I would like to highlight his initiative to involve the parking company, we had not had any problems parking since. I must admit that I am very grateful to him. When we return from work now, we always find our spot free!Thank you Elie and I hope you will be there for a long time to continue working in the interest of the tenants.

The apartments themselves are great. They come with a washer dryer, fridge and stove as well as a dishwasher.However the administration has left a lot to be desired. From the wrong amount of rent being taken out, to waiting a week to get a response to an email, to maintenance requests being ignored, to say its put a damper on enjoying a brand new luxury condo is an understatement. It's a shame because this could be an amazing place to live if they could just find the right people to run the admin side of things. Finding someone to get in contact with to resolve the numerous issues has been impossible.

Important, if zero stars was an option. They can raise your rent to any amount for the first five years. If only the service and experience lived up to a minimum of what they promise. Do not trust anything they say, all sales and sweet talk. It is a new construction and they can do what they want. The new management team is very dry and rude. Very overpriced for the service you get and cleanliness is terrible. they charge premium rents with no service. They don't care much for the tenants. The place is dirty, the parking is dirty. They blame the tenants instead of taking action. i've lived in many other places and they keep the property clean no excuses.this is the worst decision I have made. They say construction will be done in two weeks, that was 1 year ago, they mislead you and then it's too bad for you. Still now the outside is not complete, parking not fully available, the mess in the building, the dirt and damage to your vehicule. they also changed the keylocks to the apartments and did not warn anyone. My door did not lock, half the building doors stay unlocked at all times . I do not recommend anyone to rent here. And by the way no one ever answer the support emails. they just don't care, they have the next tenants in line waiting. They mislead you and they don't care if you move out, how much moving cost, they don't care if you are happy or not, you are just a number waiting to be filled by someone else. So leave is the way of thinking. we don't need you. we have people waiting to take your place. I have rentals and personally do not treat my tenants in this manner. Don't rush and sign here because of location convenience alone, there are many better options out there.

Most of the people posting positive reviews of these properties work for Plan A.They do not allow for negotiations on price due to clause F on the lease, so expect very high rent increases on renewals if your building is under 5 years old.They keep changing staff. Incompetent building managers most of the time.Building constantly under construction even after move in date. Serious issues keep getting ignored.Services offered (common areas) often not available. Failure of fulfilling their obligations as owners.Don't be fooled. Units look good, but filled with problems.

Big thank you to Élie and the Team at Plan A. Very professional and efficient. They also have great apartment options for just about anybody.Thank you guys for all your help and support finding a new home is not always an easy task and you make it enjoyable.Highly recommend!!

A truly awful place to live. Extremely expensive, false promises, zero communication, rude management. People are moving out left right and centre. Stay far from 4820 Paul-Pouliot (although the other buildings are probably all the same). This one is built horrible. They crammed as many units in there as possible. Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see on their page. Look at this review and others and stay away! Windows form ice on the inside in the winter, floors crack, all kinds of problems and they don’t fix them either.They also have scattered reviews when you google plan a for all their projects, it’s a way to hide their true identity.

I lived at one of their buildings in Sherbrooke for 2 years, worst experience ever. They keep coming inside your appartement at any time when you’re there or not, and without telling you in advance. They never answer when you write them messages. When I signed my bail they were supposed to change the window cause it was absolutely destroyed, they didn’t and I froze to death the entire winter, CAUSE THE HEAT WASN’T WORKING HALF THE TIME. The included wifi that you pay for doesn’t work, like ever. And got the corridors smell like someone smoked an entire tree of weed. I could say so much more things but I’ll cool off, and tell you DO NOT MOVE THERE!

I’m a resident in Véla since 2021. I’m quite satisfied with the managements availability and the speed they respond. They have a great maintenance team and the building is clean!!

Honestly, i have nothing good to say about the administration here, after 2 years of living in one of their buildings and met a large number of staff, i have been ignored, thrown around in circles and been lied to. I was accused of not paying my rent in full over a document for an extra charge that i never even signed.None of the promises that were made upon signing my lease were honored.I had no parking spot as they cancelled the plan to build a parking lot after i paid!????? Also, there was no pool, still isent one, and for the first year there was no gym or terasse (all which were built into the price and advertised).They advertise the building at a good price but increase the rent like crazy even though all they are doing is offering less services, no gym this year, less cleaning and nobody is accessible.I thought moving out would finally bring me a breath of fresh air but they book visits with less than 24h notice, arrive late or dont show up without warning. I had a very hard time getting a deposit back for a key.

Been 3 years in the building of 3095 edouardmontpetit laval i had good experience with the director m.curzon and all the team Plan A , but i never complained,Today for the first time i asked for a services that i pay for !! to be changed and been one month half waiting ,So the new building manager M.J said that it was a favour and i dont have right to get the same services , even if that i have it include in my contract and he said that im not a customer im only a tenant , regarding his theory the customer service is not anymore a king and the services that we pay for are favours offerd buy the old manager.Anyway in one year the administration has changed many times and ,this last one s the worst communicator and he dont know nothing about rights or customer service.
