On the 15% days they were always out of the one product I get on a regular basis and I mentioned it to them that I always had to have it brought in from another store and I had to make 2 trips to the store, not happy about that. They now have more of the product and I have been able to get it on the first trip.

All the employees are super kind and helpful. I had an excellent experience with a person with short, coloured hair. Unfortunately I didn’t get their name. I would recommend this location any day. It will be my new regular location!

This store has a great selection of products that can be difficult if not impossible to get elsewhere. I love that they have a bulk section where I can get high quality goods at a better price - eg. nutritional yeast, which is costly to get from a popular brand bobs red mill, but buying in bulk from old fashion is just as good at a better price.Also like that they carry vegan products like Dandys marshmallows. I buy my gelatin free multi-vitamins from here. The customer service is always fantastic!

I am so glad to have a store like this in Regina that specializes in healthy options for herbals and foods. They carry great products and provide a wide range of choices for many things like vitamins and grains. Check them out. Friendly staff at the Quance location were informative and helpful.

I have been shopping at Old fashion Foods at Quance Street East in Regina for years. I have always had excellent customer service.The staff are very friendly & knowlegable. If they do not know the answer about a product, they have looked up the answer for me.I am always greeted when I come in and asked if they can help me find something. If an item is out of stock they will ask if I would like them to call another store to see if they have what I am looking for.Thank you for a great shopping experience !!!!!

Lack of customer service or non existent. Had a few interactions with some of the staff where they were condescending. Weird. Unsettling, and although I live fairly close, I feel like traveling to another location than giving them my money.

The team @ OFF Quance are always quick to welcome me with a smile and genuinely (genuinely is the key part) want to help me find the most appropriate products for my needs. They carry a large and varied supply which is also great. Finally, it’s great to shop local.

The Quance location has been my go-to store for years. The staff is always welcoming, very knowledgeable and helpful.They have an excellent selection of products and the store is clean and organized.I appreciate the senior's discount and the customer discount days!
