Rexall

The staff, specifically management on the retail side always seem to be in a bad mood. They act like you are bothering them just for walking up to pay for your items. The taller dude on cash has fantastic customer service skills and is genuinely helpful but most of the management makes me want to shop somewhere else.

my son had a prescription that needed to be compounded and this pharmacy was the closest to us that provided that service. Lisa was the pharmacist and she was always polite when we spoke on the phone, I would call one to two days before pick up and she always had it ready for us. Thanks Lisa

Has been my pharmacy for 20 years..Philip is a great pharmacist always friendly and willing to help!

The Front Store staff and the Manager, Sarah are very helpful as is the long time Pharmacy Head Honcho, Philip, and Kim are very knowledgeable about all drugs and products on the floor as well as over the counter products. The hours are the could not be any better, they and the Westcliffe Mall Rexall are open every Holiday. This Rexall and the Westcliffe Mall Rexall has always carried a great of selection of Accessories such as Scarves, Ponchos, Purses and Jewelrry that I have purchased and get compliments on all the time. Compared to the other large Pharmacy Chain located in the Meadowlands and on Mohawk Rd West Mountain the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Got switched to this location and i hate it. Its been 2 weeks and i want to find another location. Sucks i cant change it until i find another one that does compound mixtures for my son. They are unprofessional. I wait 2 days everytime i make a order that was told to me would be delivered that day. Waiting all day at home for 2 days...how freaking rude.

Never going back to this Rexal. I'd rather travel a touch further to Walmart or shoppers.I was the third person in line with one item to purchase. Two customers ahead of me were playing the lotto for 15 min. At no point did the cashier even try to get someone else down at the tills, even when the second lady pulled out 20 tickets to be checked.I'm tired of these stupid lotto machines at stores and gas stations. If you're gonna have these time/money wasters, set up a second cashier to handle peoples gambling habits so people can ACTUALLY buy from your store.

The older lady with the long white hair behind the pharmacy is incredibly rude. Been using this pharmacy for years based solely on how close it is to my house but wow does she ever need a lesson in customer service. I’ve never had an interaction with her that was positive. Based off other reviews, seems this is a trend with her.

Store is very empty, and there is usually no one around to cash you out. Good selection of all products, but customer service could use some work. I used to get my prescriptions here, but there is one pharmacist who gets frazzled frequently. Even if you call the prescriptions 24 hours prior, there is generally confusion with this pharmacist. I don't mind shopping there, but even though it is minutes from my house, I won't get a prescription filled there.

So the store is nice and convenient to my home I shop here once a week. Staff is always helpful lots of space to shop around. I can always find what I need. I do have one thing why would be a five star rating their prices are a little over rated in their sale prices really don’t make it worthwhile compared to other stores like no-frills next-door to them or shoppers drug mart even.
