Great place to start your experience of Nigeria Falls, especially if wet or snowing. All WeGo buses pass through this location so easy to change routes. Facilities are good, but lacks a cafe with seating area.

I got to the welcome center at 8:30 am, the bathroom opened are 8 am. The bathrooms had not been cleaned. They were dirty and were in desperate need of cleaning.

Newly renovated interior, good food court although due to pandemic food outlets were closed. Looks more spacious and clean than the previous outlook. If you go now a days, you must wear mask inside. If you don’t have one, then at entrance, they will provide you and will sanitize your hands also

Restaurant was HORRIBLE! They were out of 2 sandwich types, peaches, and the mocha caramel slushies. Restaurants should be prepared. The cook we're also not wearing hair nets, and as a result, I found a hair in my food (In one my my photos)! My peach turkey wrap also did not have any peaches (also in a photo). How do you server food without the main ingredient?! The only good part was the view of the falls and the gift shop (if your with paying outrageous prices) don't come here for food.

Niagara falls is surely beautiful. The Christmas light show is fantastic and I must see. I would highly recommend it.

its not a real tourist center as staffs only care about the business of Niagara Park. Not wine tour, boat trip or other attractions you may enquire.
