Really loved my experience with Rachel at Carte Blanche! I lived far from the store so she texted and send me various picture of purses that was meeting my budget and style. I finally made my choice after 3 days of back and forth! Once they ship the bag I received it within 2 working days, it was really fast! Thanks for everything!

Had a great time shopping at CRTBLNCHSHP. I came to see a fur stole that caught my eye online and Cyrus, the one who assisted me, even found a long black coat for me to try on to see what the scarf might look like styled and whatnot. I super appreciated this as it helped with my decision—I ended up getting both! So happy with my purchases—I get so many compliments on my new-to-me coat!And though it took me a while walking around the store to decide whether to get the stole or the coat or both, I was not pressured by the staff nor driven away. They let me take my time to browse and decide, which led me to finding a blazer and sweatpants that interested me. Cyrus assisted with these also so I got to try them on while thinking about the fur stole, and he and an associate were even helpful with my questions about how the blazer was fitting, etc. Overall, I had an excellent time and will definitely shop again, especially for their great deals, some unique vintage designer items, and super friendly and helpful staff. :)
