Unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff, look at you with disdain for any normal question. Insurance policy doesn’t cover frame, which is sure to get damaged in the event of an accident.

Frame isn’t included in insurance, 1000$ for an hour highly reccomend never renting, was never told anything about frame.
