Perth's lost an item of mine over a month ago. I call once a week looking for my item or some compensation. I have been ignored at every turn. I also had the thoroughly unpleasant experience of having one of their workers yell at me over the phone the week my dry cleaning went missing. One star seems like a generous review at this point.

I had a very bad experience there. Poor service and the cashiers are extremely rude and unprofessional. In addition to this, their prices vary each time. One day they charged me 17 dollars for a relatively small jacket, when I brought the same jacket again they charged me 35 dollars.Go there at your own risk.

Wow this place is a joke took a very expensive jacket here to get cleaned they could not even take out a simple stain and totally ruined some of the materials like the fur on my jacket. Save your self the time, money and trouble and go some where else this place is an extreme let down

Excellent customer service And my jacket is like brand new again. A little pricy for sure but I could never get it this clean at home, and the employee informed me they use all eco friendly cleaning products.

Avoid Perth's at all costs. They will lose whatever you bring them, and then ignore you. Go anywhere else.

This place is great they offer so many services. Plus they are safe, if you forget your claim slip they ask for a piece of ID to insure no one tries to steal your stuff... which makes me feel comfortable after my ex claimed my leather jacket from my old cleaners in Alberta. It helps that Megan (an employee) is always smiling even if a customer just yelled at her.
