Most horrible place ever. It took me 15 minutes to get serviced even though I was first in line. Then long time for the pizza, which was not cooked all the way since they seemed to be in a hurry to deliver all. Not great training and definitely lack of staff. Just really bad, don’t come here.

I choose creamy garlic but didn't added and was not properly made. Worst pizza ever had at pizza pizza. Very rude manager. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a 3 topping large pizza with fresh mushrooms, red onions and jalapeno peppers and they delivered me a pizza with no mushrooms in it. When asked for the missing ingredient, the customer care said they will send a replacement pizza and the replacement never came in. Instead the store blatantly lied that they delivered a new pizza. This location has worst service. Im too disappointed.

The cashier allows her friends to cut in line. Terrible customer service. The Pizza Nova across the street has much better service and pizza.

Quick update: this is Thiago from comment below (I can’t reply that or add a new one). Got in touch with them through email to share more details hoping they would make things right like they suggested below. After exchange 4 emails they just thanked me and never offered any sort of compensation for all I went through (even after I asked). Never thought I could get disappointed twice by the same place, but I guess there are firsts for everything in life. Frustrating…

The taste of Pizza cheese slice and half moon that we had, was top notch. No doubt about the taste and quality of the freshly baked pizza. Service was also fast and ambiance was quite good.Just the scanner to earn reward points was not working there.

The restaurant itself could be better kept, granted my visit was late at night. I commend the staff for being so quick on their feet and handling a multitude of walk in and mobile orders. My wings should have been breaded but the quality of service is respectable.

I liked that this location always had fresh slices throughout the day. The older gentleman who is always in there is very pleasant and helpful. Not sure if he is the owner but he deserves kudos.Unfortunately I will not be returning. I stopped in twice this week because I was working late. Both times I was served by the same staff member who looked at me like I was wasting their time. The first day, the slice box was crushed on one end when they handed it to me. I didn’t really mind because it was a cheese slice. The second day was unnecessary. I placed my order and I was given 3 of my 4 items. The item I was waiting for was the last item on the order. The staff member asked me if would like my receipt and I said it’s okay. They walked away. I tried calling them, the space isn’t too big and it’s not like music is playing loudly. I asked the older gentlemen if he could give me the rest of my order and he was puzzled why his staff me never didn’t finish up. He handed me my order and as I was leaving, I could see him going to speak to them. It wasn’t as if I was asking for something I didn’t pay for or asking for a refund.
