I reside in Brampton and drove all the way to Ajax every week. It was worth it. My son had a black male who understood him. The assessment was reflective of my son strengths and weaknesses.

I called and set up a psychoeducational assessment for my son. I did the intake questionnaire over the phone with the clinician. I was told it'd be about a four the six week wait to have the assessment started. I never received a call back to set anything up. Never heard from again. Extremely unprofessional in an already very stressful situation. If I could give zero stars, I would. I didn't wait the alloted time wait anyways as we needed services immediately, but so many parents wait... And wait... And wait... And this psychology service could have derailed timelines and the ability to receive additional therapies after diagnosis for families.
