This is truly a wonderful service the city of Nelson offers. When you lose everything and have no where to go this place offers bedding , food and resources. It's much more like a home then a shelter . They offer community here. I know it helped me when I needed it

Although I appreciate the services and the staff are great I found that on numerous occasions many people were turned away without being able to get a blanket to use outside. They are doing renovations right now so no emergency beds and they said they are facing a blanket shortage . There is no where else to go. Other shelters will allow you to shower and do your laundry even if you are not a client there. This place does not offer that

Great staff. For me it was all the staff. Clientele can be hit and miss, like all short term housing. But the people who work there are great. Good job people. Keep doing your thing.

Excellent place to stay when your homeless. 3 meals a day, clean clothing and hot showers. Very kind and considerate staff with knowledge about the Area and staff is able to access your needs in housing and mental health stability.

A danger to all residents and tourists alike. What's permitted to happen at this location all day every day is terrifying and destroying our town. Being within such close proximity of a plethora of kids services it's imperative this location is permanently closed.
