Chicken was undercooked. Best part of the meal was gravy. Fries were soggy and where was the famous coleslaw that used to be inclusive with the meal. Raise the prices AND remove the traditional contents of the meal. I have tried to bring back the memories of KFC but have come to the conclusion that it will never compare to the days of old.

Won't be coming back to this location! Went in this past Tuesday to order take out. The staff were literally yelling at each other and orders were not coming out. Totally unorganized. Once home, discovered the chicken was so overcooked and tasted burnt. Wasn't worth traveling back to Guelph to complain as they had told another customer, who had under cooked chicken, to wait until all of the other customers were served.

I order the Twister wrap at KFC literally because I want tomatoes and I like the sauce. It's relatively expensive compared to what I'd normally get and I don't go to KFC often but I splurge sometimes. Turns out this location just doesn't have tomatoes ever even though its clearly advertised it their menu via the photograph of the twister. I don't know what they think excuses them from having to provide all ingredients when they've been paid for and are obviously expected. This is not a one time thing but a general business practice along with keeping the napkins behind the counter. Oh yah, and the fried were cold and had the texture and taste of having been cooked hours before. No issues with the staff. This is clearly a management / owner issue.

Went in to order a couple of buckets of chicken and lunch time.i was the only customer in the store. They seemed to be angry with the size of my order was told they didn't have enough and I would have to come back later. I suggested that they just make a batch big enough for my order which they did after the cashier and cook talked about it.Not a good customer experience

I thought That despite the reviews here might've been a bit extreme, but after stepping foot in this location I have no idea how they even pass food safety inspections.I had to wait 20 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken, they never wanted to hand me my drink cup. During the wait for my order the person who rang me up never changed their gloves or washed their hands before handling food, the person cooking in the back never washed their hands, and the third and final employee came out of the back, and proceeded to not wash their hands AND wipe their nose with the front of their hand just before handling my food. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Including the employees mocking me in the back thinking I couldn't hear which is just ridiculous. Never go here, this place should be shut down.

I can’t believe all of these one star reviews.My brother Raj and I ordered a 12pc bucket with fries and gravy (code 6) and it was the best KFC meal we ever hadStaff was so kind and made the food fresh,- I don’t mind waiting an extra 10minutes for fresh hot chickenAmazing!Thank you

Never ever go to this location. Made a mobile order and arrived on time only for them to say they will now make the food. Upon voicing a complaint about service they began to racially discriminate against me because they thought I couldn’t not understand their language. Coupled that with the fact that they gave me undercooked chicken dripping in oil.

My brother Harman and I ordered a bucket of chicken from this location for the second time (code 17) we were just as amazed as the first time. Not only was the chicken hot and fresh but the staff was very friendly and made it an enjoyable experience. Will definitely be going back for more chicken.

I mean this is the best kfc that guelph has. Food here is far better than the silvercreek location and i’d definitely go out of my way to come here than the other one. My experiences at this location has always been positive.

I got a deal of 4 tenders, 2 popcorn, 2 fries today and since I saw they were having problems with the customer before me I figured I should check. The deal was for 2 people, but they threw everything on top of each other in box and right away I noticed there was only 1 popcorn chicken so I walked back from the car and told her so she went back to get me another one. I also checked under everything and realize they gave me 1 and a corner of a tender instead of 4 pieces so she went back again and gave me 2 little ones to add and never replaces the corner which is not even a piece. My kids like the tenders but it's a matter of luck you might get a crusty corner or an actual piece you never know what you get. I told her those are not pieces and she said sorry and kept staring at me. I said you're not sorry because you're not doing anything about it and just kept staring at me. The staff at Wellington location has been horrible for the past few years and they keep hiring people that just don't care.
