The drivers are not road safe. I have used this company before and they are neither professional nor possessing's of polite customer service. I had an incident with a driver the other day. Upon the cab driver running a stop sign and nearly causing a collision with my own personal vehicle, I called their phone line. The director both denied that they owned the car with the company logo on the side, as well as denied having a driver of the description I provided. It was extremely rude. Later that day I had an acquaintance who required a cab, call this company and received the exact car and driver as complained about above.

Had an appointment and they charged me 45$ to get there. I used a different company on the way back and only paid 20$! No stops were made. Ripped me off bad. Driver was nice enough and they showed up a little early so that was good at least.

Buddy tried to charge us double and threatened to call the cops on us for refusing without driving us anywhere. He tried negotiating prices after and then sped off once we hopped out of the vehicle.

You can call ahead 3 hours and they will not be there within a reasonable time. Also they have multiple drivers that refuse to wear masks when you are in the cab. I only use them because I have no running vehicle and they are the only option in this town.

So I ordered a cab at 8:19 and the lady said 20min wait. So when it didn’t come at 8:50 I called. She said sorry but informed me she never pushed/sent the call properly and the cab was fever dispatched. Now it’s passed 9 and I’m am late for work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would love to say it’s the fist time but it’s the second time just this week. Last Tuesday I waited over half an hour outside in the snow blizzard. Won’t be taking this service again!

My friend and I had taken a taxi from base, to another friend's and back later while drinking last night. We know the route as we travel it daily and both drivers kept making unnecessary turns to add to the cost of our fare. The first made excuses that his GPS didn't show the roads on base and I informed him that android auto in Google maps works. We are now boycotting this business and will be sure to spread the word of these experiences. Giving 1 Star because 0 is not an option.

Tried calling and arranging for a cab ahead of time.A very normal practice, I've done this many times before with other companies in the past.Whoever answered the phone was kind of rude,and couldn't believe that someone would try to do something like that.Even admitted to not knowing where their cab drivers are right now or where they'll be an hour from now.Booking a cab ahead of time was just outrageous!Pro tip: you should probably know where your cab drivers are. That sounds like very crucial information when you're whole business is driving people around town lol.

$27 dollars to north star and back to four plexes on 50 ave why did I call them I always get ripped off.horrible people just make you pay over priced rides
