Phoned to get a price on a T4 bulb. The staff placed the phone down on the counter. Listened to customers being served while I waited patiently. 23 minutes passed and then they hung up without saying anything. Guess they may be excellent but only if you go into the store. - Al

Need something so i called to not waste my time and get there for nothing, no answer you have to leave a voice mail, not even a line to hold...ok so i go there, there is 2 guy behind desk both with 1 customer... dont have the part, yay wasted my time because they are too lazy to pick the phone and put customer on hold.
