Andy was a life saver! He responded quickly and came to repair our hot tub despite it being close to -20 degrees outside and us being quite a drive away. He cares for his customers as he knew we were in a state of panic with the risk of pipes freezing since our tub wouldn’t heat and the place we purchased the tub from was not helpful. He found the problem and quickly solved it and got us up and running. He also spent the time despite the cold explaining the tub since this was new tub to us.Would highly recommend to anyone as he is friendly, knowledgeable and cares for his customers.

My hot tub had stopped working so I did a google search and found this company. I have to say the customer service was outstanding. Andy took the time to show me all the issues with my hot tub and explained in detail how he would fix it. He was punctual and had very reasonable pricing. He took his time with the repairs to make sure they were done right. I would highly highly recommend using his services for any hot tub issues. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. 5 stars ⭐️.

Pump was fried and had no idea what to do. Andy came within a few days, bought a replacement and installed right away in the rain. Amazing service. Can’t recommend enough.

Andy is the best! He helped me through the holidays with my hot tub while we waited for a replacement part that was on back order, he literally saved our family Christmas!! Andy’s great at what he does and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Everything Hot Tubs.

Andy is top notch! He replaced a pump and ozone generator for me. He worked through the manufacturer since my spa was still under warranty. He came out and took all the pictures I needed to submit the warranty claim and sent those to me with explanations. The people at the manufacturer were difficult and rude to say the least. Andy handled it like a pro and was able to de-escalate a situation where the person he was speaking with was being aggressive and hostile. He made sure everything was working properly and gave me several tips on maintenance. He’s an expert in his field and someone I would highly recommend. Thank you Andy!

Excellent service. Andy returned my call the same day. Upon inspecting ,my tub in person, he was quick to determine my issue and explained next steps and provided an estimate of repair costs and timeline to complete. Quick to source after market parts that would allowed repair to be completed. Fair, honest and reliable. Would highly recommend Andy for any hot tub repair issue.

Andy did an amazing job picking up and moving a used hot tub to my back patio (not an easy job). Andy carefully planned it out ahead of time and the move went very smoothly thanks to his experience and ingenuity. Andy is very honest and his prices were very reasonable and fair. Andy was happy to share his knowledge about hot tub cleaning and maintenance with me and he did an excellent job fixing a leak on my pump the same day we discovered it. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Andy’s service and professionalism and we will continue to seek his counsel and services for all of our hot tub needs in the future. Thanks!
