Love this program and the teachers even more

My daughter attended Leap for Joy for 3 years. This year there have been a number of class cancellations since classes started in September. The most recent cancellation was due to poor air quality related to forest fires. Unfortunately the communication around this cancellation was very poor and very late. I found out via a facebook post one hour before the program was to start that the day had been cancelled. I responded that if there were cancellations in future, it would be appreciated if they were able to give at least 2 hours notice.Three days later I received a TEXT MESSAGE telling me that my daughter was no longer welcome in the Leap for Joy Program because apparently my request for more notice of cancellation in the future was offensive and rude.The Leap for Joy Parent Handbook states : My love for my program and what I have created is my life and breath. So please know your child’s experience will not be impacted if you have concerns.”. It seems that my concerns directly impacted my child's experience. I have tried multiple times to contact Nadine in writing regarding this situation and have had zero response from her in the month since this took place.I have requested that all photos of my daughter be removed from her social media accounts. After some research I have discovered that photos of my daughter have been shared by Nadine in Facebook groups that she belongs to. To be treated this way after 3 years is shocking
