WORST FLORIST EVER! The flowers she gave us looks like they’ve been sitting in her office for two weeks. she will win the entire service and I hope this company goes to hell for it! If this isn’t fixed ASAP, trust me I will be getting a lawyer and suing you!

I ordered flowers for a very special occasion and was devastated with the bouquet the was delivered. The alstroemeria flowers were at the end of their life and brown around the edges, falling apart. The lilies (wrong colour) had all the petals falling and were a third of the size of what they should be. The helium balloon lasted only a few hours. I asked for them to be delivered before 11 a.m. but they said I had the note for this in the wrong place - so they saw the request but since it was in the wrong spot ignored it. They arrived at 5 p.m. well after my event and the guests had left. I almost cried that I had spent $150 on this disastrous bouquet. When I called to complain, the owner said a replacement would be sent the next morning and to keep this bouquet. I asked if she wanted pictures - she said no. The owner delivered the new bouquet the next morning and was again most confrontational complaining she could not find staff. She also asked for her flowers back - she said there was nothing wrong with them - we had thrown the bad ones away and rearranged what we had left. So I felt the need to do this first google review ever. Please find another florist to take your business to.

Absolutely beautiful flowers. It looks like someone really took great care in the arrangement.

Tried this place out as the first one we went to did a bait and switch. Older building and a bit cluttered inside. The flowers were reasonably priced and the arrangement was exactly what was ordered. Very satisfied. Friendly and helpful staff.

I highly recommend ordering from Country Garden for any occasion. They did a wonderful job on the Easter Lily basket I ordered for my mother. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Even I was shocked , it was bigger then I thought and even more beautiful. It came as a complete surprise for my mom, she wasn’t even gonna answer the door , she was yelling for me to answer it thinking they were for me. When the delivery guy, who was very friendly said her name , I could hear the happiness in her voice . She absolutely loves the Easter Lily plant and the added touch from Country Garden on the card saying “ Would you like to thank Kim” made her giggle ,Thankyou for making my Moms EasterMemorableKimP.S I’ll be seeing you Mothers Day & her Birthday which are the same day

Absolutely awful service.Over an hour late and was not even sent to the right address. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and did not even apologize for the fact she ruined my special day. Find it hard to believe you can pay over $100 for flowers that don’t even show up. Do not use these people if you are expecting a good outcome. Not to mention I paid for delivery just to end up delivering the flowers myself because they missed absolutely every detail of my order including where and when to send the flowers… absolutely ridiculous!

Stunning bouquet delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day. Can’t say enough about the amazing customer service too. I had suggested they leave the arrangement on the porch if my mom was not home to make the delivery yesterday. Country Gardens actually called me (even though I live outside the country) and said they had tried to reach my mom a few times with no success but were hesitant to leave the flowers on the porch in the heat. I agreed and we decided to try again today to deliver the flowers, which happened successfully. Thank you so much Country Gardens —- you made it a special day for my mom and your customer service gave me peace of mind that a great product would be delivered. I’ve used many florists before, but you are head and shoulders above all of them. Highly recommend them to anyone!!
