I needed a new windshield for my 2013 Sonota and went to Standard to inquire about their service. I am very happy with the experience I had with Ted. He is very professional and upbeat. He presented the options and ultimately arranged everything with my insurance company. Everything happened very quickly from start to finish, and I am pleased with the results.

Pleasant, helpful, easy , quick, Ted was great. Called, texted quotes , brought truck in next day, done in less than 2 hours, easy working with my insurance company, great price. I even gave a tip, only 10 bucks but I've never tipped anyone in the auto repair industry before.

Got a chip in my windshield last night, so messaged Standard this morning to see if I could bring my car in. I was able to bring it in right away and Ted had the chip filled and I was good to go within 30 minutes! Amazing service, super friendly, and so helpful! 100% recommend!

I am so impressed by Ted and his team! Not only were they very professional and a great team but they did an amazing job! Hands down the best place you could take your vehicle to. Ted was so friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my windshield replacement. He was very responsive, polite and informative. He even gave me a corporate discount for being a Chrysler employee! I would definitely recommend Ted and his team at Standard Auto Glass! If I could give them a 10 star rating I would!

He promptly responded to my request for a quote and quickly provided me with information and availability to have my windshield replaced. Brought our Buick Encore in for a replacement windshield after calling around to other companies who had no openings for complete replacements. Ted and his staff were not only able to get us in and have the windshield replaced in under 4 hours but beat the other companies hands down with both price and customer service. Walking in you get a huge smile and a friendly atmosphere. After the service we got here we will only be bringing our vehicles to Ted. Thanks for making my windshield safe for our girls.
