The inevitability of ageing means that at some point you will need some form of care. Vytality at Home and its brilliance (Nicole and Brad) brought this to life. Aging in your own comfort surrounded by familiarity and family.As an employee, I truly appreciated working with employers that were present and very supportive. This is one of my many jobs where I felt I could talk to my employer without fear of malice or repercussions. Nicole and Brad always gave a lending ear and are very approachable, this made working with the team such a powerful experience that I always looked forward to my next shift with the clients. They were action leaders and managers, not only listening to what you have to say but also proffer solutions that worked for everyone. I truly admire the work ethic and try to replicate that in my everyday dealings.Clients were matched perfectly and I was lucky to have been involved in providing exceptional experiences to people of all background- truly amazing experience.There's so much good to say and write about Vytality, overall a great organization caring for one of the most vulnerable groups in our communities and doing a fantastic job at that.I highly recommend, as an employee and customer.

My dad received outstanding service from Vytality at Home. His primary caregiver, Gerald became like a member of our family over three years. It was so comforting to know that we could depend on our caregivers to always arrive on time. Gerald always went above and beyond to respond to whatever needs arose. I would highly recommend Vytality at Home for any family wishing to provide care for their loved ones in the comfort of their own surroundings.

My niece required homecare services so after reading the reviews of Vytality at Home my brother decided to try them. Care began April 26 2023 and continued to June 5 2023. After one change of personnel at the beginning everything went smoothly. Their staff is so caring and encouraging that it speeded up my nieces recovery. There were 3 regular recurring caregivers that I cannot praise enough. They are a huge asset to this company. When I say company it sounds like a big corporate institution. It is not. Everyone has the best interests of the client at heart and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are very approachable and will work with you to make sure everything is as it should be.

Caregiving is a complex role and often requires a wide array of services in order to help our loved ones live as comfortably and independently as possible. Vytality provided our dad with a very compassionate, caring knowledgable and intelligent British gal. She was a great companion for dad as she could communicate well and they understood each other even though dad‘s hearing was not great. They developed a great rapport over the duration of dad‘s last few months we are all truly thankful to have had Jan. Vytality was an absolute blessing in the story of our mothers care. Brad met with us quickly after our call to get to know mom and find the best match. Our assigned caretaker became like family and while we were initially nervous to bring in someone, afterwards we had only wished we had started sooner (we all felt that way including mom). Wonderful service and option for families - would give 10 stars!!

We were beyond happy with Vytality’s service. My mum needed help just once per week for 2 hours. We loved the fact that vytality was flexible with their hours. Most companies had a set number of days and hours which just didn’t work for us. Brad was amazing at communicating with us if we had a change of staff due to someone sick. My mum enjoyed the few ladies that came and then was beyond thrilled with the permanent home care worker that spent time with her once per week. Our daughter recommended vytality as she works in long term care. We were happy to have dealt with this company and would strongly recommend to anyone. Please always look for companies that provide the needs you and your loved ones need.

I have known the team at Vytality since their inception, and have always recommended their services to our clients. Now I have had the pleasure of using their service personally. Brad came out to my Mother's home to provide an assessment of her cognitive abilities, and I was amazed by his level of professionalism. Not only incredibly professional, but he was warm, kind and patient with her as well.His input and advice has been invaluable and has been so helpful while my family is dealing with a loved one's cognitive decline. Along with his follow-up to check in, he has proven that Vytality truly cares about its clients and their well-being.I would not use any other home care company.

Vitality has been a great company to work with, accommodating special requests, schedule changes and questions, very fast to respond. We especially want to recommend Mebrat as our care giver. She is compassionate and goes beyond what is scheduled to ensure the client is well cared for.
