Jay Little is an amazing home inspector! Incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Jay walked us through every detail of the house and provided recommendations and some tips and tricks to take along the way. The online report provided in the end is loaded with information and assistance for any future issues we may have.If you're a first time homebuyer like us, we highly would recommend Jay!!!

Jay is friendly, professional and nice guy. He provides a detailed analysis of the home from being inspected to ending.
