Ajax trail system
Ajax has one of the best and growing active transportation networks of trails and paths. This one is called the Carruthers Creek Trai. lWhile using water shed natural coarses and engineering solutions to go under busy roads, with paths under water/road bridges. Ajax has been growing this network for years and has been a leader of this type of system in the Durham Region. The key to Ajax's network is it's continuing growth and connection to existing active transportation networks.
